Strategic location, clean and comfy .

Exceptionally clean, great location. Would stay again.

Great location, easy access, lovely apartment. The down side? I received EIGHTEEN automated emails between booking and the (one night) stay itself! Streamlined communications would make this a 5/5.

Our second stay here at Cotham Arms whilst our Grandson in Bristol Children’s Hospital. It’s perfect for us, close to the hospital, comfortable, well equipped and a relaxing space after a long day. Hope to stay again next week.

Stayed a week at one of their Kings Cross one-bedroom apartments. All very positive in terms of location, styling, cleanliness, quietness, space, warmth and comfort. There were some minor negatives (e.g., a somewhat overinvolved booking process, the dishwasher not working). However, these relatively minor issues did not significantly impact our stay and we would stay there again.

The location, decor and price make ‘Your Apartment’ a great choice for city accommodation. I would (and already have) recommended the brand to others! Value for money is fantastic and if you’re ever in any doubt about your booking or entrance to your apartment, the customer service team are brilliant too.

Check-in was smooth, with clear and detailed instructions about the apartment and the stay overall. There were also helpful recommendations on nearby places to visit and things to do.
The building has laundry and kitchen areas on both the top and bottom levels. There are three washing machines in total, all of which can also be used in drying mode. They were always available, and I never had any issues with queues or waiting.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was clean and stylish. With everything we could need for our stay.
We took advantage of the kitchen having our evening meal and breakfast.
We slept so well in the comfy bed :)

Never ever again.
The place is dirty and unhygienic. The maintenance is very very poor. And the communication about even basic things like the deposit is inconsistent.

It was a lovely apartment. The decor was stylish and the local shops were great. I would recommend a stay here anytime.

All their properties have been excellent and their customer service is VERY attentive.
The cleaning is to an extremely high standard and the linen is always pristine.
I recommend them to friends and colleagues.

The apartment was perfectly located walking distance to Earl’s Court station, hight street Kensington and Kensington Gardens. Shops restaurants and open green space offered a perfect balance to the fully equipped studio on our combined work and leisure trip (larger kitchen, and laundry available in the premises). The shower room included rain shower perfect start and end to the day. One improvement could benefit the studio 5 we were staying is a better breathable mattress. All in all is great value for money, very clean and beautifully designed with more than enough storage space for clothes and luggage. The WiFi was fast and reliable.

Our apartment was much bigger than expected, very modern and immaculate! The booking was easy and keyless entry very simple. We will definitely visit again and would highly recommend

We had stayed in multiple places on our 5 week travel tour thru France, Spain, & the UK and Your Apartments was the nicest place we encountered. Close to the rail stations & bus stops. The place was squeaky clean & nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen was fully stocked & the 2 bathrooms made for easy & quick refreshing. Very safe feeling as well.

My husband and myself stayed here in a one bedroom apartment for two nights this weeks. The apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped. The beds are so comfortable and the overall stay was perfect. The location is great too with lots of shops and cafes literally on the same street. We will certainly stay here again.
