Paid for lifetime access, now cannot log in. No response from customer service.

Seems like a good program, but I haven't finished it. I have lost access and now I can't log in anymore. I sent an email to customer service, but haven't received a reply. Would love to be able to log in again to finish the program.

This IKIGAI program is my way to reconfirm whether what I have been running is my ikigai. The process requires calm in thought, making everything I achieve truly the result of deep thought. I am very happy to know that this program can be followed for the rest of my life. This will be a material for evaluation as well as planning for my future life. Thank you to Giovanni and your best life team for responding quickly. Hopefully this program is useful for many people

Excellent program! I found it very complete in terms of content, deep and straight to the point. It has a beautiful way of presenting information that makes it inspirational, practical and easy to follow. Best references translated into a great experience. I recommend it 100% for anyone who aims to build or help others building a happier life and a better society.

Since stepping into the business I have been called from various telephone numbers from different countries - I never gave permission to do this!
For me this is still a scam like all the other scams out there.

Personal development is extremely important to me, which is why I enrolled in the YourBestLife Development Program. It is a holistic approach to personal development that covers everything from healthy eating and exercising, to goal setting. Giovanni is an excellent speaker and coach and takes you through every aspect of the course clearly and makes it easy to keep up. 9 weeks that go by quite fast but leave you with a lifetime of tools for the future.

I'm so delighted to be able to experience the YBL Development Program. It's very refreshing and enlightening! It has brought a new perspective on how one should find and live their version of their best life. Overall, the videos are very engaging. Mentor Giovanni Doemeny was able to explain each module in a way that is easy to understand. Each video was short enough to digest/comprehend. Worksheets are available for download for processing and application. You also have lifetime access to the modules so it is very convenient!

The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5-star rating is missing of a community forum - which I believe it's already in the making :) - and would make a huge difference in the whole user experience.

I’ve always worked on myself and developed ideas to achieve my dream lifestyle, but I didn’t have the tools to put them into practice.
The Program helped me put those ideas into practice, and helped me find meaning in what I do.
If we don’t do it now, when are we going to do it?

The Program really helped me to think better when making little or big life decisions - thinking with a healthy point of view. The tools Gio will teach and give to you can be used for a lifetime, so it's worth giving it a shot. I think this Program is for anyone. I hope you can try it out and get what I got from it!

Through the Development Program I was able to understand what success is to me and how I can use that to do something in this world. And then how can I change my particular habits to reach my success. It was super individualized.
That cliché of "you're investing in yourself" - its really true! If you can give yourself the chance to do this Program, please do it!

Horroroso y una estafa!!
Lo solicite con mucha emoción y me lleve la desagradable sorpresa de que después de cobrarme los 25e no pude acceder a mi cuenta y por tanto no hacer ni el test ni ninguna prueba, despues de haberles contactado millones de veces por email, instagram y facebook y no oir nada de vuelta, no hay ningun telefono en la pagina web (por lo menos accesible) y tampoco una opcion de reclamacion.
Al verlo decididi, dudosamente, darle una oportunidad porque vi que parecia merecer la pena... pero es otra pagina web mas que probablemente escojan a enchufados y a los demas nos usan para nuestra aportacion economica y que nos den!

They are charging too much. I paid around 1900 indian rupees. They are only selecting the 7 people out of thousands. They are just cheating and not worth the try. I didn't get any valuable benefits from them. Please don't try

Never heard back from them after the opening of the selection process. They are not very transparent as I did not know only 7 people out of tens of thousands would be selected until after I've paid the participation fee. It really is just a very expensive lottery.

If you want to change your life and the world, don't start here. Their business is clear: they collect a tremendous amount of money from the people who apply, so they'll have the money for the travel expenses of 7 people. Of course they can also keep a great amount of money in their pockets. It was fine with me until the end of the first phase, where they cut out great people from the program, who were born to these kind of experiences. It was based on a personality test, which doesn't give much information to make such decisions. My friends warned me, but I wanted to believe. Sad, it could have been a really honest and kind program, but unfortunately it's just another rip off.

Bad experience for me ! I waited the night long for the results of the selection process. I think it is a shame to give the results for the "selection" one day after what was said. A lot of us spent the day long waiting and stressed....
Also, their communication about pricing is not clear from the very beginning; They advertise about the trip, the condition of the trip (all expenses covered...) and then you discover that you have to pay in order to "apply" ! Also, they should be MUCH MORE CLEAR about the SELECTION PROCESS from the very beginning. To make it short, there is a lack of honest and clear communication in order to have more applicants and to make more money. If they were truely clear from the beginning about the selection process, the application fees, (kind of a lotery), I a lot of us would have not apply. Finally the video on my platform the announce the results of the personality test did'nt have sound, so I could'nt hear it.

I have to admit that I was quite skeptical when I sign in, but for now, everything they announce was true. I took the personnality test that contains a lot of informations and it is always good to have some informations to guide yourself.
Each email is very positive. I am happy to read every email they sent, they make you feel that everything is possible and want to make you believe so much.
So may be I won't pass the selection process, but at least I tried !
So I am really looking forward to see how they will evolve and I am happy to be part of this community :)

Please take a close look at the reviews on this site. I was skeptical when I saw so many people review on the same day. Then I saw almost every reviewer for YourBestLife has exactly 1 review. It looks suspicious.

Be careful what information you choose to trust online. Still not sure if this site is credible but these reviews make it highly suspicious.
