I've only had my new brusher for a week but I find it very good. Also, great service and delivery from Your Dentist Recommends.com.

We bought a Phillips water flosser which is an excellent product . Unfortunately the unit failed after about 8 months and yourdentidtrevvommends were so helpful and professional supporting us to arrange for a replaced by . Excellent service and I fully recommend them . Their prices and delivery times were excellent too

Can find no trace of my order placed and paid for on Monday 10th July. This company has no telephone number and does no reply to messages.

Ordering easy. Delivery excellent

The item ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and a chasing email was not responded to, however when I phoned them I received a nice apology and a satisfactory explanation that the goods had been delayed in transit. It's a shame that their computer system does not provide updates when this sort of thing happens. Being a retired IT person I understand these matters and maybe could help. The fact that I was encouraged to review via trustpilot is a very positive strength of the company.

Placed order on 11 June. No email received to confirm. Money taken from account. Nothing delivered to date (25 June) and no response to email and contact form. I would avoid and not use. Goods did arrive 26 June but no response to emails.

Ordered an oral b pro 3 toothbrush on 14th june, after having concerns seeing some reviews was very glad when saw two emails one after the other in ‘junk’ mail, to say order had been dispatched and recieved within 9 days from order in perfect working order and packaging.
Make sure check junk my initial
‘order processed’ email went in junk mail as did the others.
Will def use again :)

Ordered some toothbrush heads two weeks ago. Order just says processing. Emailed twice no response. Got refunded via PayPal.

I bought a Philips toothbrush less than a year ago and as it is now faulty I have been trying to contact them to return it for a refund or repair but they have not responded. I should have went to a more reputable firm. Lesson learned the hard way AVOID.

I have placed my order and after 2 weeks was still processing. I sent couple of emails to get notifications but no answer received. I get it refunded after.

All as ordered and arrived in good time as advised

Took 12 days to even process the order then when I complained they went ahead and cancelled the order jokers

Not received by 19 May 2023. Sent emails - no response. Completed web form - no response. Eventually managed online chat - told order would be despatched same day or following. Still not arrived 26 May. No response to emails or online chat. Still waiting for order to arrive or some communication. No telephone number to call.
