I am a landlord stuck on a standard variabl rate and I just wanted to know how to ride this current insane interest rate hike! I approached Zamia through Instagram and explained my situation. She spent nearly 2 hours on a zoom call because I had so so many questions. She came back with bad news that my current mortgage wasn’t not affordable on the new stress test with lenders. I would have to put money into the deal. A product transfer with my current lender was the best solution for now which she kindly did.
I am very pleased with the service I received. I don’t say this often but she deserves the 5 star rating. Good luck dear. Thanks

I went direct to a bridging lender & my experience was awful - won’t name who! Got recommended Zaima through a mutual- best decision ever. Couldn’t recommend her enough. I work days & needed broker who could help me out of hours due to my schedule- no questions asked just said yes & she’s on it. Will be giving repeat business once this deal goes through.

I haven’t got the best Credit & was realy embarrassed to show anyone as a previous broker made me very uncomfortable. Zamia took the time to really look through my report help me and allowed me to ask 100 questions without me feeling like a burden. Even though I couldn’t get a mortgage she helped me review my finances and encouraged me to take my credit more serious. I will be back in 12 months hopefully with a better chance. Before she agreed to work on my case, she checked the feasibility first with various banks for my situation, which is really professional and I really appreciate it.

I won't even rate it 1 star We had a absolute nightmare with them particularly sehar, we were first time buyers she took the absolute mick out of us being new to this never once explained or followed up to any questions , payment was taken upfront £500 we waited weeks for a mortgage illustration and made false promise with dates and never delivered only when we threatened to leave was given a mortgage in principle with the highest rate, deliberately didn't answer phone calls and emails, we did eventually leave and find another broker as this was really making me ill, please stay away from this company absolute scam soon as the payment was made its like they have a hold on you money was never refunded STAY AWAY

Helped to find the mortgage deal with the lowest possible interest rate that no other brokers (even big names) could find for us. I am very pleased with the service received. Highly recommend!
