At every stage my remortgage was made to feel easy and simple. Sehar did many calculations for us and checked many different options multiple tmies as rates were changing all the time. Once the application was submitted Sehar kept checking in to see whether it was progressing (the only slowness was down to the legal system the bank insisted on using) and offered to help find out what was going on. Ravinder has been very supportive all along the process and has been working to tight deadlines. He always comes up with the best possible solutions in terms of choosing a mortgage. I was extremely busy at the time and Sehar bent over backwards to contact me - on occasions as early as 0630 in the morning as she knew I would be driving and would definitely get to talk to me.
