Had some unexpected visitors in my kitchen cupboards .....dean came out within couple of hours.....sprayed everywhere.....came back three days later for a second spray...job sorted.

Excellent service right from my 1st phone call - John arrived within the hour as promised, explained what the process involved then proceeded to set the traps and bait boxes. The pesky mouse was caught after the 2nd visit (John explained that the process involves 3 visits). On each of the visits, John was polite, treated my property with respect, was very professional and assured my wife and I on the 1st visit that the mouse would be caught. Highly recommend John as Your Pest Assassin; he does what he says he’s going to do!! 10/10

Deane got the job done with care and professionalism. He answered all my questions and advised me on other parts of the house. He even delved into a tree that I’d heard noises from but that was clear.
The job was done thoroughly yet quickly and I was able to get on with my day. I rang up thinking I had a wasp nest, 2 hours later I felt like I knew all about Siberian Tree Bees.
Deane is probably the best workman ever to come to my house, I highly recommend him.

Spoke to Deane at lunchtime to report a wasp nest. He came late afternoon and dealt with it - no wasps seen following his visit. He was professional, customer focussed, smartly dressed, knowledgeable and informative. Also good value for money. He offered to return without charge should any wasps remain. I would not hesitate to use this company again should the need arise.

Brilliant service, called Monday afternoon, turned up Tuesday at my request, kept me informed of the procedure and disposed of 2 wasps nests above my porch.

Price was fantastic and the payment options were really good.

We phoned at 9am. They were here at 1pm. Wasps gone by 4pm. Very efficient and great price. Local authority wouldn’t come immediately, wouldn’t give an exact time and date and were expensive.

I Would definitely recommend this service.
John came out within the hour, after I had contacted him with concerns of numerous wasps going in & out of outer roof tiles.
He gave a full explanation of what was required for the removal of the wasps.
There was no evidence of wasps just short of 3 hours after the procedure.

John ,also gave his time after I contacted him the day after, re a query I had about wasp nests.
