Thank you for your feedback.
We apologise that the brand of eye drops you received was different from the one you originally ordered. Unfortunately, due to a temporary stock issue with the requested product, we supplied an alternative that contains the same active ingredient and is intended to provide the same therapeutic effect.
We understand that receiving a different product than expected can be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any concerns about the product supplied or would like to discuss your order further, please contact our customer service team at sales@yourpharmacy.uk and we will be happy to help.

Professional and friendly. Goes above and beyond.
Had ear wax removal procedure and was not looking forward to it one bit. The pharmacist made me feel comfortable and relaxed and explained everything in detail. Overall Your pharmacy has gone above and beyond in relation to medication delivery and promptness with prescriptions. Vast improvement on my previous pharmacy.
