The process was easy. The final result was breathtaking. Only wished could of had more tries with different pictures and backgrounds.
Very pleased with the quality. I previously had a problem with one of the digital prints. Soul Paw sent me a rectified print, and I was more the happy with the end result. Highly recommend.

Well disappointed
Well, one complete portrait was missing top of head, when I told them they kept sending the top of head missing, so I had to pay again $15 to complete portrait. So, I ended paying for one correct portrait $30 which didn’t go to well for me. They never compensate for my $15. So there you have it.😠😠😠😠

We need to clarify that the image you received is exactly the same image you saw in the demo. Clearly, you had the opportunity to preview the image before making your purchase. We do not accept the way you are blaming us for this situation. We provide the Refined Portrait option in cases where the demo image does not meet your expectations, but you did not choose the Refined Portrait option and instead chose the Instant Portrait option.
Please review and confirm the order information and option you selected.
Regarding the issue with the Instant Portrait you received, we have acknowledged the issue and will work to resolve it for you as soon as possible.
Please note importantly that we have never asked you to make another payment, as you stated in your review.

I was able to get a picture of myself and my 2 fur babies ,both of which have crossed rainbow bridge. The way the program can create an image that was not at all from an original photo is pretty cool. Bonus points that the photo shop removed age spots from my hands. I just sent the e-mail image over to Walgreens and they printed off an 11x14.

I really, really love this picture. I just lost my Chachi a week ago and my Otis two years ago. This gave me the opportunity to have a pic of both of them together. I really am grateful for this picture.
