Yes this company is a total scam. I did get my order however it came in a cheap plastic bag with Made in China written on it. It was suppose to be a stirling silver ring only it was a cheap copper mantra ring that cost about $10 not the $80 they charged me.
Sent them emailsand photos and no response from them. These companies should be charged as the criminals they are. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS.

More than a month without contact bought some nice looking things for my girlfriend for valentines day and they never showed up... no contact from the support page.... Complete scam dont buy.

Scam, took my money and never heard from them again

Ordered and paid for a bracelet for my wife. Received confirmation email/ receipt. Its been 2 months now with no bracelet, no response from my emails nothing.
Im assuming the only 5 star review they have is done by these scammers themselves.

BEWARE, BUYERS BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM SITE.
Honestly do NOT purchase anything from these Idiots. They never ever reply to emails. All they do is just take your money and never send goods out.
This is the worst company to ever deal with.
KEEP RIGHT AWAY FROM THEM ITS A TOTAL SCAM

According to Australia Post, the package was successfully delivered on 27 January to your address in Pendle Hill NSW 2145. Tracking number: 33UXU859116601000931509.

In similar cases, parcels are sometimes collected by a family member, neighbour, or building staff, or left in a common area. We recommend checking with anyone else at the delivery address and looking in typical drop-off spots such as the porch, side yard, mailbox, garage, or with the building manager/reception.

If you’re still unable to locate the parcel after checking, please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement for you straight away.

I ordered a tree of life necklace 1 1/8…

I ordered a tree of life necklace 1 1/8 inches. What I got was a 6/8 inch necklace. I placed an inquiry with my bank. The company asked me to negotiate with them directly and lift the inquiry. Stupidly I did. They asked me for tape measure pictures of the necklace. I have not heard back from them ever since. And don’t expect them to. Beware

Thank you for your feedback. We can confirm that the Tree of Life necklace sent was the correct size as stated in the product listing. We requested photos with a tape measure to investigate further, but unfortunately, we did not receive the requested images to complete the review.

Even though our records show the correct item was shipped, we also offered you the option to return it for a full inspection. As of now, the item has not been returned. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
