I had ordered a pair of specs. After advance payment,it arrived late. I get distorted vision plus the frame hurts. Even after repeated requests on the number provided, no action taken even after one month. Looks like a fraud company. Beware

Customer service was excellent, responding quickly and helpfully to my questions. Overall, my experience with YourSpex was fantastic. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of quality eyewear. I'll definitely shop here again.

The ordering process was quick, secure, and included regular updates. My glasses arrived well-packaged with a cleaning cloth and case. The quality of both the frames and lenses is excellent, and they fit perfectly right out of the box.

They will send power specs with fault measurement and you will have to follow up again and again to make them pick up the product and refund. They will take forever to refund the amount and even deduct 150 INR for the same as "company policy" even though the fault is theres to give defective item

I have purchased power glass which is too cheep quality also the not fulfill our requirements and so, I have returned and requested for refund from 4th Mar 2024 onwards but till date no proper responds from customer care about refund of Rs.3905 and I am totally feed up and the screw my happiness. In my online prepaid experience never seen such kind of customer care service.

I have amaging experience with yourspex. They send Mr Prabhat for eyecheckup once i booked online in my home they checked very wel and they have good quality of frame and lenses in very good price, and also timely delivery in my home as well.

I recently purchased a pair of eyeglasses from YourSpex, and I must say that I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. From start to finish, it was a complete nightmare.
Firstly, the specialist who came to house took his time to set-up his instrument, machines, check the eyes of my kids and wife and had me to select the frame, it was challenging to find the right frames. Engineer sold the frames which was not breakable (that’s he showed me). He do not had a order-form or invoice but charged me 3500/- for two frames. Not breakable.
Once I managed to place my order, the delivery time was appalling. They promised a delivery within one weeks, but it ended up taking more than 10 days the eyeglasses to arrive. During that time, Kid had to squint and strain his eyes just to get by.
When the eyeglasses finally arrived, I was shocked by the poor quality. The frames felt flimsy and cheaply made. It was evident that they cut corners on the materials to save costs. Not only that, but the lenses were scratched and had visible smudges on them. It was clear that there was no quality control before shipping them out.
Contacting customer support was another nightmare. I tried reaching out through email and phone calls, but it was nearly impossible to get a response. When I finally managed to get through, the representative was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my issue. He was chatting on whatapp and here is the reply “madam its not cover under warranty breakage is not cover only coating and frame colour fade”
Engineer who sold this frame saying it is unbreakable was also out of reach

Overall, my experience with YourSpex has been nothing short of a disaster. I would strongly advise anyone looking for eyewear to avoid this company at all costs. The subpar quality, shipping delays, and lack of customer support make them not worth the hassle. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable and reliable eyewear provider.

My wife placed an Order No: 000042013 for Contact Lens today (17/06/2023) at 03:00 P.M.

Due to some personal reason, she cancelled the order at 06:00 P.M. (within 3 hours).

But now they are not responding nor refunding the paid amount of Rs.1988. They are not picking calls and also not responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.

They have cheated us. They are not genuine.

Beware!! Do not place prepaid online orders with them. You will never get refund from them.

Planning to File a Police Complaint with Noida Police if refund not received within the next 24 hours.

I have ordered two pairs of spectacles with order no 000041193 and received with wrong prescription.

I requested to replace and i have returned back spectacles with order ID YO-000041193_RP3620 on last week.

Please not try to cheat the customer. I have sent you back the two pairs of spectacles on 10 days back and from there no reply or replacement or refund of my money RS3749 till now. Why you are trying to cheat me.

One side when I check with shadow fox courier they said it was dispatched long back to you. Now you are trying to say another story.There is no update from anybody you even I call manybtimes ,sent mails many times and in what's app many times.
How could you it was not delivered.

After that there Is no update from your team

When you are accepting new orders why you are cheating for replacement of lens and refund 3749.
