Six hours before the PSG vs. Barça match, I received an email informing me that my tickets had been cancelled. Since then, no reply, no response, nothing…

I was one of 4 friends going to PSG vs Barcelona on 20 October 2026. Tickets were bought on YourTicketLive in September by one of us, and the site kept assuring us in writing that they were guaranteed and would arrive in time. Based on that, we booked flights and a hotel.

The tickets never arrived. On the day of the match, just a few hours before kick-off, we were initially told that our section of the stadium had been closed, which was not true. When we pointed this out, the explanation changed: we were then told there was a problem with the seller and that the tickets intended for us had apparently been sold to other people at a higher price.

Our orders were eventually cancelled while we were already in Paris, leaving us with no tickets and no realistic alternative at such short notice. We ended up watching the match in a bar after travelling to Paris specifically for the game.

A refund of the ticket price does not make up for the flights, hotel, time and money spent on a trip we made relying on repeated written assurances that our tickets were guaranteed.

EXTREMELY SERIOUS – 4 TICKETS CANCELLED ON MATCH DAY AFTER TRAVELLING FROM ITALY TO PARIS!
On September 4, 2026, I purchased 4 tickets through YourTicketLive for the PSG vs Barcelona match scheduled for October 20, 2026.
Four of us travelled specifically from Italy to Paris to attend this match, booking and paying for transportation and accommodation.
Until yesterday, October 19, YourTicketLive repeatedly assured us that our tickets would be delivered.
However, this afternoon, just a few hours before kick-off, the company suddenly informed us that certain stadium sections had allegedly been closed by security authorities and that our tickets had therefore been cancelled.
I have found no official confirmation supporting this explanation, and I seriously question its credibility.
The company promised a refund, but we have not received any money back so far.
Even worse, YourTicketLive has now stopped responding to our emails and telephone calls.
After more than six weeks of waiting and repeated assurances, we have been left stranded in Paris, without the four tickets we paid for, despite having travelled internationally for this specific event.
This is not just a disappointing customer experience. It has resulted in wasted travel expenses, accommodation costs, significant inconvenience and the loss of the very purpose of our trip.
I consider this conduct completely unacceptable.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing tickets from YourTicketLive to be extremely cautious.
I demand an immediate full refund for all four tickets, a documented explanation for the cancellation, and appropriate compensation for the financial losses caused by this situation.
I will update this review if the company takes responsibility and resolves the matter.

I bought 4 tickets for PSG vs FC Barcelona (Champions League, 20 October 2026) in September, paying EUR 1,352.40 in two orders.

The order confirmation said "tickets 100% guaranteed". Before booking flights to Paris, I asked in the live chat whether there was any risk of not getting the tickets. They replied that timely delivery was guaranteed. The day before the match, by email: "You have nothing to worry about, your tickets will arrive in time for the match", with a "confirmed delivery deadline" of 16:00 on match day.

On match day, at 14:25, they cancelled both orders because "the seller was unable to provide the tickets". At that point we were already in Paris, 4 people, with flights and hotel paid. Since then, no reply to emails or live chat. The refund has been promised but not yet received.

Things you should know before buying:

• The website claims to be in the ticketing business since 2010, but the domain yourticketlive.com was registered on 26 July 2026.
• They are not affiliated with PSG or any club. They sell tickets they don't have yet.
• Their "guarantee" in practice only means a refund, not entry to the match.

For PSG home matches, use the official resale platform TicketPlace on the PSG website. Don't book travel based on tickets from this site.

we bought tickets for the Champions league match last night for PSG V Barcelona. Service was good and helpful.
it's not cheap, but i have been waiting all my life for this!
