I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this academy and strongly advise others to think twice before investing their money here. Below is a detailed breakdown of the persistent issues encountered:

1. SEVERE TECHNICAL AND INFRASTRUCTURE ISSUES
- Unstable Platform: The website and online application constantly appear to be in an incomplete "development mode." The platform loads incredibly slowly, making regular navigation frustrating.
- Poor Video Quality & Playback: Educational videos are frequently too blurry to view or read clearly. Despite having a high-speed, stable internet connection, the videos buffer continuously—often turning a short 30-minute lecture into a frustrating one-hour ordeal.
- Deflective Technical Support: When multiple students raise collective concerns regarding these video playback issues, management routinely avoids responsibility by falsely blaming the students' personal internet connections.

2. SUBSTANDARD EDUCATIONAL QUALITY
- Inexperienced Faculty: The instructors lack the necessary experience and teaching depth required for effective learning.
- Inaccurate Study Materials: The provided notes and course materials are riddled with errors, reflecting a severe lack of quality control. It feels as though the institution prioritizes profit and marketing over actual educational value.

3. UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
- Poor Communication on WhatsApp: The support staff is highly unprofessional and frequently misbehaves or responds rudely when students ask valid questions via text.
- Avoidance of Written Support: If you message them with a straightforward query, instead of providing a written response, they strictly insist that you call them. This is incredibly inconvenient for students who may be in environments where they are unable to make phone calls.

FINAL VERDICT:
Save your time, energy, and hard-earned money. This academy delivers very poor value, subpar customer service, and an inadequate learning environment. There are far better, more reliable educational alternatives available.

I do not recommend taking admission here.

The online lectures are not clear. You cannot understand them. Most teachers do not explain properly. They seem interested only in collecting fees.

There is no proper lecture schedule. You do not know which lecture will happen and when. My subject is not even included. Notes for my subjects are also not available. Many of the promises they made were false.

When you message teachers or staff, no one responds. There is no support. The website frequently shows server errors and does not work properly.

My internet connection is very strong, but their video camera quality is very poor. This makes the lectures even more difficult to follow and shows a lack of professionalism.

Because of all this, my entire fee has been wasted. The video lectures are useless. It is better to study from YouTube than from this platform.
