The boys have found youth sport nutrition to be tasty and they have particularly enjoyed the shakes. The have loved the chocolate flavour and have found them easy to make when on the go. Thank you Youth Sport Nutrition for providing such brilliant shakes and snacks

Our daughter is 13 and currently swims 7–8 times a week, so making sure she’s properly fuelled is really important to us.

After trying a number of different products that she simply didn’t enjoy (she’s quite fussy!), we came across Youth Sport Nutrition — and we wouldn’t go back now.

She’s tried both the chocolate and strawberry shakes, and they’re quick and easy to make, whether with water or milk. Most importantly, she genuinely enjoys the taste, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent.

The Nutri-Teen gummies have also been a great addition, giving her the key supplements she needs in a way that actually works for her.

Would highly recommend for any parent with an active child.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Youth Sport Nutrition. As a parent with a 14 year old daughter who plays rugby, it’s always been a challenge finding supplements that are both effective and appropriate for teens but YSN strikes a great balance.

The products are clearly designed with developing bodies in mind. The products have been a great fit for her training and recovery. She’s found them easy to use, and they’ve slotted into her routine without any issues. The shakes and bars are also really tasty—my daughter genuinely loves them, which makes it much easier to stay consistent.

Customer service has also been solid—responsive and helpful when I had questions about which products would suit specific needs. Delivery was quick and packaging was professional.

Overall, I’d recommend Youth Sport Nutrition to parents, coaches, or young athletes looking for a more tailored approach to sports nutrition. It feels like a brand that genuinely understands its audience rather than just selling to it.

As always Adam was quick to answer my questions. We’ve used nutri teen shakes for 3 years now and it’s been a seamless experience. Excellent customer service and fantastic product for my very fussy teen.

Was unhappy that you accepted my order and i paid for express delivery knowing it would arrive in 24 hours and then getting an email to say it was out of stock and i would have to wait a couple of days for it. To your credit you did return the cost of express delivery and allowed me to change the delivery address.

I really value the nutritional benefits this product offers for teenage development. Although my son didn’t quite like the taste, I am very impressed by the customer service. They quickly provided different serving suggestions and efficiently processed a refund for the unopened items. A special thanks to Adam for his prompt and professional assistance. I hope the company considers releasing sample packs in the future—I'd love for my son to try other flavors so I can purchase again!

Still waiting for my order - its been a month and no response as to when it will arrive.

Great customer support, amazing products highly recommend

We've recently started using YSN with my 14 year old daughter. The vitamin gummies are fabulous as we know she's getting what she needs to support her growth and they taste good too! The Berry Blast bars are a big hit with her and are fab for use as a quick snack poolside during comps or after training too.

Adam, answered all my question promptly, cannot wait to start using this product.

My son has only had 3-4 drinks but it's made a huge difference as he has an is issue with Hypoglycemia, growth spurts are dramatic and very active. Your product has helped him stop feeling so hungry and seems to have more energy and more engaging. (Hangry mood swings to a minimum)

My son is 14 and is a MMA fighter he trains twice a day 6 days a week . He has the Nutri Teen shakes daily and feels sharper , stronger and more switched on in training . Also as a parent iv got complete piece of mind he’s getting all his essential vitamins and minerals . A brilliant product and excellent customer service .

As a single mum of a 14-year-old multi-sport athlete, our days are always busy with trainings and competitions. Youth Sport Nutrition is a great help — the Nutri-Teen shakes are quick and tasty, the gummies support his immune system, and the bars are perfect between training sessions.

My 11 year old plays rugby union and rugby league in addition to training in his own time. Two nights of training per week and two games each weekend puts a strain on his energy levels and the time available to replenish, especially when getting home from training so close to bed time!

We are currently trying YSN oat bars as a pre-training and pre-game snack, followed by a shake immediately after each session. His energy levels and moods have been much more consistent, and post-game unhealthy snacking has been all but eradicated. He is definitely much happier in himself and his game, and has even since bagged a rugby scholarship at a top school!

Love this product. My child does intensive exercise 5 days a week and hasn't had a cold, illness since we have taken Youth Sport Nutrition. It takes a little time to get used to the taste but now she loves it and it's always the first thing she packs when going off to her training. Has everything she needs to keep her fit and strong.

My son doesn’t like it, I contacted customer service as their policy is they will refund or replace should this happen. I was told via email that they would only exchange unopened packages and that I needed to pay return costs plus an additional £5.99 postage for a new flavour. Package is of course opened -otherwise how can he try it to know he doesn’t like it 🙈 and by the time I paid for all the 2 x postage it would barely be worth it. I understand it’s not their fault we don’t like it but because of their replacement policy I decided to pay more for this product rather than buying a cheaper competitor product. Just won’t be using this company again unfortunately.

I ordered a pouch for my fussy teenager & he didn’t like the flavour so they replaced it with another flavour & recommended other ways to use it like in baked goods. Very pleased with the service & would absolutely recommend

Both my kids use YSN as they compete in taekwondo at a high level in the uk and internationally. They train 6/7 times a week so having YSN in their diet is great knowing they are getting all their vitamins and minerals they need to keep them going and fueled.
