My daughter's student loan payments were about to increase to over $1200 a month, which she cannot afford, and the student loan companies offered no help.

A Yrefy commercial came on and we figured we would give them a call to see what options we're available. We spoke with River, who was absolutely AMAZING, and was able to help! River walked us through the entire process along what payments would look like.

He even followed up with us multiple times since we work crazy days/hours and wanted to talk to us directly to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. I haven't had any other company do that. I wish we could have kept River as our representative,but we get it.

dumbest TV commercial in all of television-- all you do is show booze being poured and booze being drunk-- ugly old golf pro that nobody knows--hard to be stupider than you guys!!

Forget the shady investment arm of this company. Let’s focus here on the criminality of their so-called student loan refinancing company. The TV ads offer no meaningful information and neither does the website…none. Nowhere is it actually posted that they deal ONLY with defaulted loans. And guess what the program requires if you are not in default? That’s right, they require you to ruin your and your co-signer’s credit by intentionally defaulting on your current loan! Not even joking. My daughter went through the whole process with Jim Paxton who purports to be in the Arizona location. The loan application process does not convey a true promissory note, only a vague verbal statement of what the terms of the actual loan are to be. The process is as follows: apply, give your banking account details, receive a vague example of what an actual promissory note may look like, make payments to Yrefy for several months while at the same time NOT making payments to your actual creditor, allow your actual loan to default, at which time Yrefy will apply the $10,000+ which has been reported as an investment elsewhere on the web to your principal balance “in a few months”, and then at some point your actual student loan will be repaid and you then continue regular monthly payments to Yrefy only hoping Jim Paxton’s verbal statement about the terms of your loan will be upheld…because you literally have no proof of the agreement! Now tell me how legitimate this company is? Tell me the legality of their process? I spoke with Jim Paxton personally, because after all I am the co-signer of the original loan. He argued and resisted like a true salesman. But, “they record their calls”. So according to them, they have a record of me shutting this farsical process down. An hour and a half later and I still have not received any evidence that he has actually acted upon my request.

BEWARE YOU WILL LOSE!! THEY REFI BAD STUDENT LOANS..OMG LOL IF THE PERSON DIDNT PAY THE 1ST TIME THEY WONT PAY THE 2ND LOL THEYVE ALREADY HAD TO PAY 750000 IN FINES FOR FALSE ADS...CROOKS!!! LOSE YOUR $$$

Investments need to be evaluated by gauging the reward against the risk. The reward of 10.75% for the risk of a 5-year totally non-collateralized promissory note is insane when there are so many safer investments out there.

About a week ago, I had the chance to talk with Rico at Yrefy. He was a god send to me my daughter and her aunt . He helped all of us with my daughter student loans. Everything is great now and the underwriting team was amazing. Thanks so much❤️

I invested the minimum amount (for 5 years) early last year "to test the waters." The paperwork to invest was straight forward and relatively simple to complete. I watched the investment throughout the year and have received the 10.25% return on this investment. I am extremely pleased with the investment advisor and all aspects of this company so far. I plan to invest additional monies this year.

They have all these advertisements on Cable TV, but they do not disclose the minimum requirements and that you must be an accredited investor.
