Got my stroller, 90 dollar diaper bag never came. The guy that owns the company doesn't awnser my calls because he knows it's me😂 and it's his direct phone line. I do not recommend buying from this company. My son's almost a year old now and I ordered this 6 months before he was in the world

I placed an order and paid extra for expedited delivery and it still took forever. I had to email the company and ask for updates on my order. Once they replied they offered me a set that was a 2 in 1 but was more expensive than the 3 in 1. I made a choice and they gave me a courtesy call that my order had been dispatched. I then received my order very quick AND it was the original 3 in 1 I’d ordered. Overall the communication needs improvement. And why doesn’t the infant seat have a base?? Is there a way to purchase one??

Got my stroller. Diaper bag has been missing for 5 months(out of stock). Can't get a refund because the man who runs this company won't awnser. So I've basically been screwed out of 100 bucks. I wouldn't order from this site again. I've had a terrible experience, and they are extremely unprofessional. 2 stars should be 1, but stroller was not bad. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE

Updated review. I finally received my 3in 1 luxury stroller/car seat.
After they finally shipped it off it came within a week if that. The stroller was easy to put together I did it myself and I’m 9 months pregnant. The car seat and stroller is very lightweight; not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. As long as it’s sturdy and doesn’t break and isn’t raggedy I guess it being lightweight is a good thing but we won’t know till baby comes.
The stroller is very pretty but my only complaint is that if you order the black and gold set, just know the gold is more of a rose gold color, which ultimately looks pink. 🤦🏽‍♀️
I’m having a boy, so a black and pink stroller is not what I wanted. Had I known this, I would have never ordered from this company.
I don’t trust shipping it back or even asking for an exchange bc my son will be here any day now, but my disappointment is that I ordered this set Dec 7th, it is now Jan 27th and had it not taken this long for shipping I would have been able to possibly exchange items (if that’s something they even offer)
So after being asked to take down my other reviews, I don’t think that’s necessary bc I want people to be aware of possible situations they may endure. All in all I like the stroller but would not recommend this company. Which is a loss for them seeing how my sister that purchased this item for me is a tv personality star and could have promoted the heck out of this company, and I myself have a good following that I could have shared with fans as well.

I’ll leave another honest review after the boy gets here and I’m able to fully use the stroller/ car seat set.

Update:
I finally received an email letting me know that they were out of stock of the stroller I had purchased and offered me a different style instead. I politely declined the offer and requested a refund and was told I would receive it within 24 hours. It has been almost 2 months and several emails and voicemails has been left with this company and no one has issued me my refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Even if SOME people are actually receiving their strollers don’t take the chance on not getting it and being out $400! SO MANY REVIEWS SAY THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY. I should have listened.

Placed an order 12/15 and have received no update on my order even though I’ve reached out several times via email and phone. I’ve left voicemails and no one returns my calls. According to their website orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days received within 7 business days and I haven’t received any tracking information so it still has not been dispatched. It’s very frustrating not having any emails or calls returned regarding my order.

This is an updated review from my previous review. I learned they were not open on weekends when I initially was reaching out and first thing Monday morning they reached out and got my issues resolved in a timely manner I appreciate that they were able to resolve my issue so quickly and communicate throughout the process. Thank you YupMama staff for working with me and getting my problem resolved ! Great customer service!

I asked for a refund for a 3 in 1 stroller that I mistakenly purchased twice 3 to 4 months layer Im still waiting for a reply

Horrible!! Stroller looked used and damaged I contacted them but they stopped replying after I asked for a refund!

We absolutely love the 3 in 1 Luxury Stroller. This item was purchased as a gift for my soon to come nephew, My sister Loved it. What catches us most is the qualify, it’s exactly what I expected. Fantastic!!!!

Absolutely love my 3 in 1 Luxury product and will recommend for new mothers. It is so easy to maneuver in so comfortable for your baby!
