Update: Customer service just got back with me and I asked for a replacement since I do love the bras. Hopefully I will get them quickly because I only have one of these and I don’t want to wear other bras!

I received one bra and I love it. I ordered more and it has been sitting in the same spot for 6 days. I can’t seem to get anyone to speak with me about it. I can’t find a phone number and I have emailed and tried the chat options but no reply. I am still hoping I get the bras but if I don’t soon I will be canceling my order unfortunately.

Purchased size I have in other sports bras and this brand is too small. Beware there is a restocking fee for returns

I had no problem with my order, the cost and arrival of my bras was perfect. I ordered two different styles and the bras are amazingly comfortable. I don’t always like padded bras, but the padding isn’t too bad and does hide things. The problem I am having with both bras is that the straps and under my arm pits are already all stretched out. The support is minimal and the under arm part sags. I am very disappointed as I was hoping I found a new bra I could wear all the time!

J'ai envoyé par mail mon adresse mail comme demandé. AUCUNE réponse de leur part (ils répondent quand on veut acheter bien sûr). J'attends toujours.
J'ai fait un signalement à la DGCCRF, et j'invite tous les mécontent(e)s à en faire de même, car + nous serons nombreux à le faire, + cette arnaque pourra être stoppée.

I ordered the wrong size after I fell for the click bait sale price. I could not get the code to work when buying multiple items but the price was good so I ordered them anyway. When I tried to return them, they said they would email with more info but did not. When I emailed them, they said I could get a refund but would deduct shipping. There is no phone number to contact them. Their chatbot does not work. DO NOT ORDER anything from them!

Beaucoup plus petite que d’autres modèle. Au moins 2 tailles plus petite. Dommage, belle qualité de produit.

Quality is excellent. Ordered several styles of bras and then reordered some of them in a larger band size. I paid attention to the sizing chart but for me, the larger size was more comfortable still with great support.

Your exchange policy doesn’t make me wanna work with you any further. I like your bras, but there are so many that are very close in design and I accidentally ordered the wrong two bras for that very reason now I have to pay to ship them back. why would I want to buy more from you? What if they’re wrong too doesn’t encourage repeat customers and I will no longer be one of yours because of this.
