Bad on returns inconsistent sizes
I have one that I absolutely love and then process a different style with the same size and it doesn’t have enough adjustment room to fit. They wouldn’t let me return it to change it out for the next size because the tag came off in my hand when I was trying to close it gave me a $10 refund.

Regarding the return request, the item’s tag was detached when trying it on, which unfortunately affects its resale condition and means we’re unable to process a full return or exchange in this case, according to our return policy.
As a goodwill gesture, we have already issued a $10 refund to help make up for the inconvenience.

DONT make me go to a website and set up an account with a username and password, just to get a return mailing label. I don’t want an account.
