This company has been bombarding me with spam emails for days. I have never purchased from them or even been on their website so must have got my email address from a dubious source. Do you really want to do business with a company that thinks this is an acceptable practice.

I've contacted their so called support to get them to stop sending spam emails and I now receive 6 emails a day. That's how much this company cares about customer support.

The craftsmanship, the attention to the small details, its everything the advertising says, friendly warm staff, if your looking for quality and a beautyfull sounding guitar look no further. and value for money??? nothing to match it.

I have a zag80CE for a few years now and it sounds even better today then when I received it. I play almost every day.

Purchased a 80 series Zager recently. SHipping took about 2 weeks and guitar arrived well packaged with no issues. I was hesitant to purchase without being able to get hands on and read reviews from a number of different sites before deciding to move forward. I have not been dispointed in any way with the purchase or the support and the additional free guitar along with the accessorie package was just a bonus. Guitar build quaity and finish are excellent. I own a number of high end acoustics and the Zager 80 plays and sounds better then my best 4000.00 Taylor. I would recommend this guitar to anyone looking for a professional quality lifetime instrument that rivals and or exceeds brands costing much more.

First and foremost, Zager guitars are the best I have ever owned, and I have over 10 guitars.
Secondly, whenever I need help or advice, they respond quickly and effectively. As good as it gets. Order one and see for yourself.

I really have to say; These guitars are far more than worth the money.
I have never been much for acoustic guitars
( I'm a little guy so they tend to be uncomfortable for me )
But , my wife picked up an OM for me which we picked up a few days ago.
I have never fallen in love w any guitar like this.

I have been playing since 73 and I have never heard a punch like this, let alone in a size that fits me comfortably.

Although I have played a couple of Zagers,
I never thought I'd own one...
This guitar is so beyond any acoustic I have played it is insane.
I can see why so many folks ; Large and small, have been switching to Zager...
And the guitar isn't just the only thing,
These folks treat you like you would want everyone to treat you.
I am beyond beholding to this family,
I am looking forward to making what changes I need to to put this on stage with me as much as possible...
I have spent so many hours on it in these few days that I can't imagine not dragging it around...
Oh and not for nothing;
The case is splendid , Heck, I put the guitar away just so I can play with the case.. built in humidifier? wow.
It's like opening a vault every time I pull out the guitar.
Too many pluses to put them all in..

I have been on & off with guitar for a while and never really got comfortable with it. Always felt like I had to press too hard and still ended up with messing chords. Gace Zager a shot after seeing a few reviews when it came it didn't really worked for me so I sent it back to have action adjusted and it positively delighted me. It just feels smoother and lot more forgiving when you re still figuring things out. Im practicing more consistently now and not giving up half way through, which is new for me.

wasnt really planning on switching guitars or anything, a friend of mine just gave me his old ZAD900 since he got the sunburst version recently. didnt expect much from it honestly, ive always been a martin player so im pretty used to that feel and sound. but this one kinda surprised me. first thing i noticed was it just feels easier to play, like you dont have to fight it as much. chords come out cleaner even when you’re not trying too hard and it just feels more forgiving overall. tone wise its actually really solid too. i thought it might sound a bit weaker compared to my martin but its not, pretty full sound and holds up really well when strumming or even picking lightly.not saying im ditching martin or anything but this def competes way more than i thought it would, especially for something i didnt even plan on using much. def a nice surprise.

I wasn't really planning to get another guitar. I already had a couple but hadn't been playing much lately. My hands would get tired pretty quick. I decided to try this Zager guitar mainly because of the return option. Right away it felt easier to play. I didn't need as much pressure and chords, especially bar chords, came out cleaner without much effort. The tone is solid too, nice and full, no real tradeoff. I've been picking it up way more often now. If playing has started to feel like work on your hands, this is really worth trying. I could not be happier with this guitar.

I have been playing my Zager guitar for years and it still my favorite acoustic. I managed to lose the humidifier sensor from my case and when I inquired as to the cost of a new one, I was told that Zager, as always, is 100% guaranteed and life-time warranty. Betty said, "We will get a replacement in the mail for you." And the cost was ZERO! 100% guaranteed!! I am always amazed at the quality, workmanship and service from Denny Zager. Thank you SO much!

I bought one of their 900 series guitars they advertised as easy playing and lifetime guarantee for satisfaction. It has never played well. The stings either buzz or are too far from the neck to play above the 3rd fret even after I carefully followed their set up instructions. I took it to a Luthier who told me to send it back because he could not fix junk. I called them and got a very mean sounding woman who told me it was after the 90 day return limit it was too bad for me, they don't take them back. I am so disappointed, they don't return my phone calls or emails. I am stuck with $2400 door stop. What a mistake! What a bummer. Don't waste your money on Zager guitar even if it's a BOGO deal. The free one will suck too!

I bought a ZAD 80/N. Love the beautiful deep, rich tones. It’s a beautiful guitar. I might be interested in an acoustic electric someday. The service was outstanding. I am beyond pleased. Thanks for everything.

I've owned the Zager ZAD 50CE for about 5 years and have been happy with its construction, ease of playing and amplified sound. My hands are small and my fingers short so it was important to find a quality instrument that would fit my limitations. The Zager guitar (which I use weekly for worship) meets my needs. Highly recommend.

This guitar is exactly what is said to be. It sounds great, plays easy. The strings are gently on my old fingers. It’s the perfect size too. It shipped exactly when it was supposed to. This is my second Zager Guitar and I love them both.

I have taken up the guitar again at 80 years old and Zaeger has been the best option I could have chosen. The 900 Guitar is superb and the service at Zaeger is second to none I have experienced. I also love Dennis' lessons and have been learning the finger patterns. I would highly recommend them .

I am a long experienced guitarist that started playing at age 11 and am now 74 years old. I have owned a lot of guitars (mostly Gibsons) and I started playing professionally when I was in my teens. I am active as a worship leader in multiple fellowships and am the leader/manager in a Christian Blues Band called Blud Bros. In January of 2024 I had a stroke which robbed me of my ability to use my left hand confidently. I has been heartbreakingly painful to have been weak in my playing since that time. In March I purchased a ZAD 900 Zager Guitar. On receiving that guitar I began playing it and was overwhelmed by how much of my original playing ability was restored. I just received my Zager ZAD50CE guitar and it arrived in perfect condition! (I had purchased it from the "Scratched and Dented" sale page.) It was listed as having had a crack in it and the repair was so well done that you can't tell it ever had a problem.
I am a beginner guitar player (at 65) with wide fingertips and had been struggling with another guitar that had a narrow nut. The Zager has a wide nut (about 1.7") and it is so much easier to play without buzzing or muting the strings. It also has a beautiful tone to go along with the amazing craftsmanship.
I was somewhat worried about not being able to try it first, but the money back guarantee makes it a low risk. It's a beautiful instrument and I have no regrets. Plus, it came with so many extras, that it's almost insane!

I'm a 70 year old guitar player and I've been playing for over 50 years. I recently received a ZAD 80 CE. This instrument is beautifully crafted and sounds great. It sounds and plays better than my Martin. The on-board Fishman Electronics are superior to anything I have used. This guitar is truly an easy play which is important to me and I believe other's will say the same.
