Due to a glitch with my Microsoft account, I had issues installing MS Office on my laptop, I called Zak Learning and Kelly answered in 2 rings and was really helpful. Unfortunately the standard trouble shooting did not resolve my issue, so Kelly arranged a call back from Fabian the Mac expert. My issue was passed on clearly by Kelly, so Fabian called with proposed solutions (such a lovely change from the normal "I'll put you through" which normally mean you have to repeat yourself). Fabian was excellent, giving me clear instructions on how to potentially solve the issue and despite not being easy (I repeat Microsoft problem absolutely no-fault of Zak) he was patient and friendly throughout. My issue as now been resolved and I'd not hesitate to recommend or use Zak Learning again... bravo.. top service!

I had an excellent experience speaking with Fabian when I encountered issues while installing Microsoft Office on my Mac. As a novice in these matters, I was initially struggling with the installation process. However, Fabian's assistance was nothing short of fantastic.

He patiently walked me through the instructions, addressing each step with clarity and kindness. Despite my lack of experience, Fabian remained understanding and ensured that I comprehended each part of the process. His guidance was instrumental in resolving the installation problems, and he went the extra mile to confirm that the product was fully functional before concluding the call.

Zak learning were excellent in assisting me with an 'after sales' technical problem relating to the installation of an item of software purchased from the company. Fabian and Luke could not have been more helpful. Big thanks guys

I am not a technical person but I was able to install the windows quite easily. I had to reach out to their customer support who was quick to help ; they had the correct answer and from then really easy to complete my installation.

I first contacted Zak Learning to check whether I was still able to access the product I bought as I thought I may have missed the deadline.

Whilst confirming that I had not missed the deadline, Fabian (a prince amongst men) informed me of an easier way to install the purchased product.

I did have to call Fabian again because I walked (I only run when being chased or if there is a shoe sale) into problems.

Fabian stayed on the call with me and walked me through each process step by step, waited until everything was sorted out and I was happy, before ending the call.

Would I use Zak Learning again? Does a bear use the woods as a toilet? Does night follow day? Of course I will use them again - the level of service you receive is off the chain and Fabian is a seriously cool dude who knows his stuff!

Whatever he is being paid, it should be doubled!!!!!

Ordered the wrong version of software by mistake. It was resolved with no issues.

Second-to-none customer service and tech support received from Fabian today. You are not just a number with this company. Fabian was diligent and consistent in his comms with me in getting me set up with my MS Office on a mac, a process that required patience and deep knowledge. Would highly recommend using these folks.

Fabian is top notch he assisted me with uninstalling certain programs that were conteracting eachother and the remote assis facilty really helped as I am not tech minded and hisinvaluable help and advice really did help me, i just wish i had called him sooner to find my lost work. But rest assured I fully reccomend Fabin as he is kind and provides excellent tech support. Thanks so much Jo

Five start customer service - faultless. I was having problems with the software purchased (mainly due to my own lack of knowledge). Fabian is amazing, incredibly patient, high degree of knowledge and got everything sorted for me. If I could give a higher mark I would. Thank you so much.

Purchased a voucher from wowcher for a digital download for Microsoft Office. I needed it that day. Sadly the voucher needed to be activated by phone, which I would not have purchased had that been in the description before purchase as I was in an area with no phone coverage.
Thankfully Zak Learning helpfully refunded me.

I had an issue loading the software I had purchased from Zak. I hasten to add it was my computer set up that was at fault…… the customer support given by Zak Learning was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend!

I had a problem with my Microsoft Office 2019 Professional. I contacted customer services who were extremely helpful and solved my issue very quickly.

I had a problem with activation of my purchase.
I contacted support and within an hour the problem was rectified.
I am a very very satisfied customer and I would highly recommend Zak Learning to anyone who wants to receive top class products and amazing customer service.

I've just purchased Office 2021 for Mac via Groupon from this company, tried to use their voucher code and got the following message.

There are currently no license keys available for this voucher.

I'm deeply concerned - is this a scam?

I've emailed them and am awaiting their response. Depending on which I'll update this review as necessary.

UPDATE 22/01/24:

I've spoken to Zak Learning this morning to be told they are no longer offering this product (I had to call them - they didn't respond to my email). In their defence they did say they had told Groupon to remove the product from their website. Either way - I've made a purchase that Groupon / Zak Learning haven't fulfilled and I now need to sort out getting a refund.

Absolutely incredible customer service helping me get Microsoft office installed. Fabian is so knowledgeable and was amazingly polite/helpful. Completely faultless thank you!!!!
