There so many negative feedback about ZALORA. This is my 1st bad experience with ZALORA. I share my experience with you all. I orders 2 items costing S$426.70 waited for my delivery since 20 Dec 2022 and until today 7 Jan 2023 no sign of delivery.
I check the tracking shows customs processing. I chat with the staff in the apps said that they are actively trying to solve my issues with the seller.
They updated me said the seller can’t do anything to expedite the process as my items is still under custom process.
My items has been sitting DUCK in there for many weeks. I believe I don’t get to see my order’s anymore. Either the item been stolen or missing in custom and not coming to Singapore at all.
When I ask for refund, they tell me I can reject once delivery arrives at my door step.
What if the items never arrive in Singapore and then I will never get to receive it? Meaning I can never get my refund in any form right?
This is how ZALORA do the trick in cheating customers for my money.
I regretted placing order with ZALORA in the 1st place. I have wasted my savings for this order and never get to see it at all.
Now I just have to carry on with life and forget about my order THANKS to ZALORA for DISAPPOINTING so many customers now I don’t trust buying from ZALORA anymore. I need to save again and once enough I will just walk down to Orchard Road to get a similar item.

Refund order for no reason after 3 days of purchased !!! I’m exited to wait for my Xmas present to be delivered. Zalora canceled my order for no reason. Does Zalora understands customer’s feelings?

They failed to refund my return though the picture from SingPost showed parcel is properly sealed up. Scam company.

If you want to waste your money, buy from ZALORA!
A few items were bought from ZALORA and worn only once, they were washed as recommended but the quality of the products were so poor that I had to contact them for a refund. Costumer service wasn’t helpful at all, and the refund was never made since I had USED the products! How would I have known that these products were only for a single use when they don’t mention it on their website?
Unacceptable!!

Buy from Lazada or Shopee, the quality is the same as ZALORA but you will save a lot more money!

Bought a pair of shoes and a couple of tshirts. Everything perfect.

I bought 2 pairs of Ferragamo shoes trusting that they are authentic. However, when it arrived, I knew they were fake. I wrote in to the customer service, they said they insisted they were authentic. I’ve owned numerous pairs of Ferragamo all bought from boutiques at the airport. ZALORA is telling me what I’ve received are authentic whereby I’ve made side by side comparison to my authentic shoes. This is ridiculous. Now I am worried if I could get my $1k refund!! My first and last time of buying from Lazada.

Hope someone can look into this matter,
Till date I have yet receive my 2items.

So? Is Zalora telling me That you packed the goods in the warehouse and impossible that items lost during transit or delivery?

Definitely not worth it. Returning goods is a normal customer practice. However, ZALORA tries to cheat with its customers even here and only returns a part of the money, arguing that they take the difference between the regular price and the discount. I have ordered several times and this is enough for me, there are many other alternatives.

Poor service recovery. I received a wrong item from Zalora and requested for an exchange as I really wanted my intended item and do not have a need for the wrong item. Zalora simply guided me on how to return the wrong item and assured me that i will definitely be refunded. This doesn’t solve my issue! All i want is my intended item. I’m expected to re-purchase the item and bear the shipping cost for a second time. Gosh!

Gave up buying there. Although the prices are attractive, the shoe quality is lacking and the sizing is a bit weird. Then, it is annoying to return whatever doesn't fit.

fast delivery but the return takes a more than a week......

cheap goods equate cheap / lousy service ?? probably...

no I'm not stuck up I'm not new to buying online so I expect extremely prompt and good service....can't blame me...
