Writing my first experience about Zauca. Has designing our website. Has been working with Mr. Ajay. Mr Ajay has a very beautiful design sence, and understand requirements very high and strong. Clearly without requirment multiple follow-up. Work was delivered without delay. Mr. Ayan also very Co-operative. Thanks to Mr. Ajay, Mr. Ayan and Zauca team. Keep up the good work.

I wanted to give the rating in negative value but unfortunately it is not possible to give below 1 star. They are bunch of cons who are sitting together to fool their customers.
Initially they would be very polite and generous replying to all your queries and needs but once you have paid the money and then they will show you their true colors. They will not respond to your calls, texts, emails or even on WhatsApp.
WORST SERVICE EVER

Very nice to work is company

Very bad experience in getting my website built, been a nightmare working with Zauca to get my e-commerce website ready.

It's been 6months and my website is still not functional. They take the full payment but do not deliver anything as promised and committed.

There is no one to supervise their rude and inefficient developers. Company takes no accountability for any delays or errors in the website.

You have to run after and beg the developer to complete your work, even then they wont do things for which they are getting paid for.

Top management of Zuaca is least bothered how their company is functioning. Mr Krishna Kumar G, please take note.

I raised my ticket for some changes in the web site. Web support designer Mr Jarip provided excellent service and promptly made all the changes.

Dear Sirs
This refers to your Company and its marketing for Website development. As someone with 3 decades in the Service industry, I feel it is essential to give you feedback on how your team is doing, perhaps this feedback will improve your market prospects or even your bottom line or both ! 
Late last year I was actively pursued by your sales team to set up a website and a quote was sent to me by Mr.Rajat, and after discussion I told him that I would get back in April, since our project company was launching around May.
I have been trying to contact Him for at least a week or two but he is not available, I assume he has left the job. I have mailed your company, no one seems to care. I escalated by whatsapp a few days ago to Ms.SriRupa and no response there either - so unless you are an existing client they dont care about new business. (or you have too much going wrong with existing business that you can't handle any more)
I finally called your board line for the 3rd time in 3 days and got to speak to someone who did not give his name, but sounded like a newbie, who could not conduct a proper conversation. He said he would return to me with information on a new website. 
Regrettably, I then had to go online and search for contact emails and details and I came across some atrocious reviews about your company and performance. I was shocked, and quite frankly I remember speaking to some one about your company in January and they seemed quite happy. 
So you not only have to deal with incmpetent staff who are letting business slide through your fingers, and thus loosing you revenue, you also need to get someone to clean up your digital presence or better yet - just improve your customer service and deliver what you promise.
I know this is completely unsolicited but It has been done in good faith.

Worst company ever.No proper customer service.After making an advance I neither got my website finished and developed nor the money back from them.

Worst company ever!! They are scammers in disguise!! I paid them for website development but they went silent. No customer service too..If you wanna deal with them, deal with them at your own risk.!!!

Got connected with the company for website development till the time i paid an amount as advance they called me several times. Once i paid the amount no one is answering calls nor delivering the website as promised by them. No reply to my calls nor messages. Very bad experience dealing with them. Please be aware dealing with them. They are cheaters.

good support team. wonderful experince with zauca. i satarted a new website with help of mr. arun who is very freindly and heplful to me at anytime. nice place to any one who want to start a new website. tq....

I am so glad to announce your company's work is totally good.

I have been using their services from 2019 or so. They did an average job with my website. Somehow, they made me write a good testimonial. Also, they are quite money minded and harassed me a little bit about yearly renewal. I got a feeling of getting slightly ripped off by these folks. They continuously try to upsell and make money even when they know it is useless to add certain features. Recently, they have taken my website offline without ascribing any reason without even contacting me.

I feel you will do much better work if you buy a domain name and use DIY tools.

Poor customer service! I'll never recommend anyone to take their service.

Zauca Website creating & Design company,I'm start creating my company website, presently my website designer Mr.Pankaj is not good of working but let me see about the Zauca service.its already 5 days but yet completed,before paying advance Zauca contact me frequently but now it's difficult to contact and asking different contents format.I don't know what's going on.

Poor Customer Service. Only Show active interest till you pay , Once they receive your payment. they will make you cry. dont go on their website design. uless company.
