Great little machine, good service, if I've had an issue they've always sorted it with a couple of days.

Surprised how easy is my work with Zavopay - 24hrs payout, nice mobile app to take the payments and all of that covered with lowest transaction rate in UK. I do recommend Zavopay (Ayden).

We were previously using iZettle and were looking for a new provider with lower fees and ideally quicker deposit times. ZAVO have delivered both of these requirements straight away! The pricing is good (maybe not the absolute best?) but at 0.79% it is very good and the processing times (next day) are also much better than most other providers. We purchased the ZavoPro terminal and it’s also decent. It can be slow and the battery poor especially when it is cold weather but other than that it does its job.

Overall very happy and looking forward to future software updates which hopefully will allow better detailed receipts etc

I find it a great way of taking payments
Only downside is that you have to manually put in the decimal point were other payments automatically do this but that’s just a small point

Overall 10/10 experience… met a friendly rep called Josh, helped me with the family business… we’re based in Birmingham but they shipped out some card readers for us next day and he’s alway on call on whatsapp, great partner and great company.

work in a bar in Islington and management recently switched us over to Zavo for card payments. It’s been really easy to use from day one.

The tipping feature is probably my favourite part, it’s straightforward and actually encourages more tips which is always a bonus.

Weekends get really busy for us, but the fact that the whole team can use their iPhones as card readers makes a huge difference. It keeps everything moving and we’re not all waiting around for one machine.

Really cool app!

Very simple to use and onboarding tool less than a day. Great rates and I can send clients payment links. My businesses has been running for years and finding a reliable cost effective payment processor that looks after the little guys has always been hard! However fingers crossed Zavo is it.. no issues so far
