What a fraud! The item was nothing like the picture promised! Be careful before ordering. The return policy just don't work, they just play with you.

Purtroppo ci sono cascato anch'io come leggo in altre recensioni.
Quanto mi è arrivato non centra nulla con quanto comprato.
Mia opinione, credo sia una loro sistematica procedura mancare di rispetto nei contratti con i compratori.
Non credo di rivedere più i soldi spesi anche se c'è stato un forte scambio di e-mail con il venditore.
Bel sistema per avvelenare il loro mercato, che dire, bravi bella immagine che danno.

Egalement une très mauvais expérience concernant la maquette de moteur très largement relayée sur des applications, notamment Pinterest.

Le vendeur accepte de me rembourser, mais qu'après un retour dont les frais de port (environ 20€) sont à ma charge (ce qui est illégal).

C'est une arnaque manifeste, contre laquelle il n'y a pas de solution simple de remboursement ou de remplacement.

Un site à bannir de ses fréquentations et qui devrait être sanctionné pour ses pratiques trompeuses !

N'hésitez pas à signaler ce site et vos mauvaises expériences sur econsumer.gov afin que l'attention puisse être attirée sur site de vente en ligne.

The item was nothing like the picture promised, and it arrived damaged. A cheap knock-off made in a hurry. Honesty, why do they even bother making anything?
When I checked their return policy, it states that no refunds if item is on sale. Pretty clever from their side.

I'm not even going to bother trying to negotiate with them, after having read all the negative reviews.

Habe eine 4 Zylinder Motorenbausatz bestellt. Geliefert wurde ein handbemalter Klumpen Kunststoff geliefert, von Bausatz keine Spur. Mein 3 Jähriger Neffe hätte das aus Knete besser hergestellt. Es ist eine Bodenlose Frechheit solch einen chinesischen Mist überhaupt auszuliefern. Nie wieder diesen Laden

J'ai commandé un moteur V8 en kit à monter, avec des pièces métalliques en mouvement, très bien présenté sur des vidéos de promotion pour offrir. J'ai reçu une figurine pour enfant en résine très mal peinte avec des défauts immonde, sans montage, pas du tout une maquette comme annoncée sur l'annonce. Plus loin dans le descriptif, il est mentionné dans une "clause de non responsabilité" que c'est une maquette en résine qui ne nécessite aucun assemblage, et que pour obtenir la maquette à assembler, il faut contacter le service client et qu'elle coûte 1000$ (et effectivement elle coûte entre 600 et 800€ sur d'autres sites type Amazon par exemple).
Aucune nouvelle du service client, pas d'adresse de retour, aucun remboursement pour le moment. Je suis vraiment dégoûtée et je ne conseille vraiment pas ; c'est purement une arnaque et un site frauduleux. J'ai signalé le lien Pinterest sur lequel j'avais trouvé la vidéo de la maquette et malheureusement j'ai du me rabattre sur une maquette avec des pièces en plastique pour le cadeau que je faisais.

What they sent, has nothing to do with what it's chosen. If you're lucky, you'll get 30% back. That's it.
Be careful, they are scammers.

Ordered V8 engine build kitt. What i get was poorly made plastic piece with two rubberbands.
They use old trick fotos from other product and item is a "look a like".
Do not buy from them.

This is a bate & switch company & based on my experience with them, none of these good reviews are legit. I ordered a pair of jeans from Zebrasisi on Pinterest. Spent $42. & $6.95 for shipping saying 6-10 days. I received order confirmation from Zebrasisi saying I'd be emailed when product shipped. After 13 days not received, I emailed their support asking for status. They responded a day later saying it would take a while as it was international. 2 days later I received pkg from their shipper but it wasn't the item I had ordered. Again I notified their support that I had received completely different item then what was advertised & sent pictures of my order confirmation & pictures of what was received along with packaging picture. I asked for return shipping address to return item since it wasnt what I ordered. I kept getting responses to my emails but never with the return address & website states not to return to manufacturer . After numerous attempts to get my order or money back the zebrasisi tells me they will give me 30% back & I can keep the wrong order?#$! Seriously! I dont want the random wrong item I want my money or the item advertised. After countless back & forth I get no where, It's like talking to a brick wall they just ignore & deflect but don't return what was paid. The item sent was a very cheap pair of pants that I wouldnt give to anyone let alone keep for myself. They never gave me an address to return wrong item back & didnt return my money. From my experience I would say this is a scam company. I am looking into what government agency I need to notify as to their corrupt business practices. And will notify Pinterest & social media hoping no one else gets robbed by these people. Based on my experience I dont believe any of the good reviews are real especially since there are several that had the same experience as I did.

Ordered the dual purpose curling iron. Could not charge it -- after MANY "unhelpful hints" (including some in another language) I got permission to return it. (They suggested gifting it to someone -- a non-working item? Shame!) My original cost was $23.99, plus $6.98 for shipping. I paid $5.95 to ship it back.. My refund was a whopping $5.00. UNHAPPY!

I I finally received my three pair of pants and once again I was terribly disappointed by the quality of the product. Your company now goes on my very very long list of chinese companys who take a picture of a quality products and put it out there and and then make it out of the cheapest fabric you can find which in the USA is called bait and switch and is against the law. I ordered 2 sizes bigger than i wear and they were way small. Also the fabric is so thin you can see through it. I will not hesitate to write a review. By the way, these pants should cost less than five dollars not 30. I am so disappointed. I don’t know where they found people to give them a decent review.

Order never received by referring buyer to an invalid package tracking number. It's simply a scam

Super long wait on the item and very low quality. Actually waited almost 2 months.
Would not buy again.
