They are very fast and there digitizing is so good

I found zdigitizing through a facebook ad and was contemplating digitizing our company’s logo myself but decided to send it to them and see how it turned out. I sent my logo before going to bed and to my surprise, had my file back when I woke up in the morning. I looked it over and requested a few changes and had it back with the changes before lunch. I ran a test on an old shirt and was satisfied, so I began doing my full batch and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

I'm On my second digitize design, so far Zdigitizing hasn't let me down. I'm very pleased with their service and would recommend to all my friends.

I wasn’t sure if they could do appliqué digitizing but I was wrong! I needed a design done in a pinch and they get it create within 8 hours! It embroidered great with little to no errors! I would highly recommend!!

I had a design digitized twice an both times the design was very dense. I send this same design to Zdigitizing and the design stitch out perfect. The response was very fast and professional all my questions were answer in a quick manner. This will always be my go to digitizing.

Great email response and quickness. Have had them digitize a few things now and it has come out of the machine great. Very quick and reasonably priced.

By far...the BEST Customer service! I am very picky when it comes to what I do. Even though I am very new to the world of digitizing and explaining what I needed...I was not made to feel stupid. They took care of my every concern and did what I asked them. The response time to my requests were made quickly and efficiently. I am still working with another company that I had working on a file and will ask this company to make me a new file. I have been working on it before I started this file with Zdigitizing and it does not look professional like this one. They charged more but the hassle and being insulted is more than enough. I don't want a refund. They will put themselves out of business. Thank you and your staff for being so professional and putting out such a great effort to create a great product!

Absolutely amazing stitch out and the details are amazing. Thank You so much. I will be using this company with all my files to be digitized. Thanks Paula Gray

I love their digitizing service!! They respond fast and deliver files fast too, and most importantly, they are very professional! They understand my request and even give me tips. I'm satisfied and happy with their services!

ZDigitizing does good work and turns the digitizing files around quickly (almost always within the day). They also are very responsive to changes - changing elements, providing the same logo for a new and different embroidery size usually without charge. I am very happy with the results.

I've been working with this team for my embroidery digitizing needs and I'm really happy with the service. They're fast and responsive, always quick to answer questions, and genuinely helpful with advice when I'm not sure about something. If anything isn't quite right with a digitized file, they revise it without any extra charge, which says a lot about how much they stand behind their work. Pricing is fair for the quality and service you get. Overall, a reliable partner and I'll keep coming back for future designs.

I’ve used them multiple times now and each time my design is converted and stitches out perfectly. Also, very fast turn around!

I learned about Zdigitizing on a Google ads and a familiar YouTuber that does embroidery recommended using their services. I can design and digitize some things but needed an expert in a hurry to get a project finished and sent off asap. Over night, Zdigitizing came to the rescue and delivered within hours. The process was as simple as uploading a photo for a social media post. I received emails through out the progression stages. I received the finished digital files in an email, and the files came out clean and clear. I also received the pdf print outs as well to download. When I tell you Zdigitizing is on point! I highly recommend this company and their services for all of your embroidery digitizing needs.

Zdigitizing went above and beyond to digitize a logo to the specifications I was looking for. I requested revisions several times to meet certain specifications I was looking for and they were very patient and helpful with my requests. The speed in which they respond is extraordinary! Great service. I will use them again!

The communication and turn around time was great - my design stitched out wonderfully and it was exactly what my customer wanted. We are very happy!

ZDIGITIZING has been nothing but exceptional with digitizing my designs! I will continue to use there service.

I worked with this company a few different times on the same logo until we were all satisfied. When I say they nailed my vision.... I mean they NAILED IT!! Some of the nicest people I've ever worked with and my design is just perfect! I'm so glad I found this company!!

I have been using Zdigitizing for several years. Without fail they always do a terrific job and what I believe is a very fair price. They are very responsive and always get the job done correctly. Thank you

Brought my design to life. I sent a rough idea of what I wanted and they put it all together beautifully.
Thanx Zdigitizing.
