Credits you already paid for is forfeited
My biggest issue with Zeely is that its credit policy does not reflect the reality of running a small business.
What if I don’t have new products to promote yet? What if I need to cancel my subscription for a few months while I build inventory or manage my budget? Why should credits I’ve already paid for disappear simply because I cancelled a subscription I could no longer afford?
I had 1,500 credits in my account sometime in April. When I was finally ready to use them, they were gone.
Whether this policy is buried in the terms or not misses the point. Small businesses don’t operate on a predictable monthly schedule. A platform that claims to support entrepreneurs should understand that. Losing accumulated credits because you need to cancel your subscription feels unfair and customer-unfriendly.
