Hi Someone sent me £30 at 6am this morning still not recieved I have no credit to call no way for a chat on app suppose do also not sure if just me but the app takes about 30 mins to load my account up everytime go on its annoying you click something and takes 20 mins load

My experience has been nothing less than scandalous
My story Saturday 18th April 2026 everything fine with bank as far as i knew Suddenly I received an e mail from Zempla saying my account was suspended and immediatly could not do anything not even log on to check balance or direct debits etc please bear in mind this is a business account with wages to pay.
The e mail was followed up with a request for identification no problem I sent every thing they wanted wait fot it i ended up sending 26 times i rang on four occasions explaining that i could not pay suppliers or my staff still nothing two days later i rang again explaining I had to lay staff off still nothing the following day I rang to plead with them as I had closed my business today is the 22nd April 2026 and account is still not reopened so forget those reviews and dont touch this lot they will ruin you happy to talk on phone and to verify all said.
Its now 23/03 /2026 nothing from Zempler except asking me to submit documents again which I have submitted various documents 28 times now I can read all documents ok my company is now closed thanks to Zempler two people are out of work plus myself again I stress if you are in business please do not use this bank they will break you I am arranging a meeting with a reporter from the money show so "WATCH THIS SPACE"
