Zen Principle is easy and peaceful to deal with,

We don't go hrough it it quite fast enough for the subscription but if I'm paying attention, I can delay its arrival by a few weeks and then it's "juuuust right", (says baby bear). It arrives really quickly so we can be almost completely out before the next big jar arives

The beef gelatin product is easy to incorporate in my health routine. I add a loaded teaspoon into my morning coffee cup, then add an inch of cool water, stir to let it bloom a bit before adding my coffee. After several weeks of using this product, my joints are no longer aching with every step, especially using stairs.
