Drop shipped from China so it takes about 2 weeks for delivery. Product itself is engineered terribly, seals started coming out the third time I cleaned it and the holes inside are so small you can't even get a decent hit without sucking so hard you feel like your lungs are collapsing. Garbage.
It’s a crappy top heavy tippy pipe that doesn’t hit well, leaks water everywhere, and sells a FREE maintenance plan that costs $165.00 the first year and $180 every year after. This business isn’t about selling crappy pipes, it’s about ripping you off in perpetuity with what was advertised as a free maintenance plan.
First off, the pricing was so convincing, it prompted me to try it out. Gosh, I was sold. I've tried many types of products but this was the chosen one. The material, durability and feel of it, it's my favorite out of all. In closing, I highly recommend this product, it stands out for itself. Shipping was a breeze, check them out!!!
Awesome product well delivery was happening. One of my stems got broken. They replaced it straight away. Highly recommend this company. Beautiful product. Very smooth. Easy to clean hundred percent recommend them.
Ended up with a subscription I didn't ask for. Product was, average but being tricked into ongoing payment is despicable.

It's Cheap Chinese knockoffs. not worth the price. tracking shows the package shipping from China and it takes a couple weeks (if you get it at all). buyer Beware...

I was signed up for “elite care” when buying a product only to find a recurring charge of $15.00 USD on my bank statement. There is seemingly no way to cancel.

Gave a zen puff to my pal John, much bigger success than expected.he is in a wheelchair with prog MS, his legs gave way 3 years ago and now his hands are going. He can’t easily consume his prescription meds as the medical vapes are too hard for his hands, and loading is just difficult, but problems solved, as an engineer he thinks zen puff is brilliant. He can load, hold, use and clean his Zenpuff. He thinks engineers built it.

Not my first Zen Puff purchase, so I knew what I was getting. New bubblers are just as good as my first one. 👍👍 two thumbs up.
I don't remember the exact date, but the purchase was in late July 2026 and delivered in early August 2026.

This product comes directly from China. My order was sent to an address over 5 miles from my house, and I have been playing "email tag" with what is most likely an AI-Bot at this point. I really don't think I will ever receive the replacement I was told was coming and will probably just lose my roughly $60. It has been over 5 weeks since my order was placed and paid. The delivery company even tool a picture of the package at the WRONG HOUSE. I have asked for a refund, so we will see how this company lives up to their "satisfaction guaranteed" from their website. Do not order this product.
It took over 3 weeks to get my order and then a month after I received it I started getting billed $14.00 twice and have no clue why. Sent an email, no response and got billed again. WTF
I received a knock off that failed after the first use. The company logo is not stamped anywhere on the box or product. The first session worked fine. I took it apart later, cleaned it with mild soap and water and put it back together. It no longer works at all. I do not reccomend this product at all
This firm does not respond to any inquiries about their product.I have tried 4 different times different days .
