They wouldn’t stop the auto ship and thr I had to pay $8 to send back plus they said they’d charge a restocking free and now they won’t return my money despite having tracking and it was unopened . Also it didn’t work . Try Savannah skin. They are SCAMMERS

I sent my unopened package back to them because when I was on the website browsing I couldn’t go back and delete from my shopping cart.. I notified them and then they said just take a picture of the package and send it of course I did and I had to pay for the shipping like $15 and I have a lot of correspondence with them since then I even have the tracking number and the name of the person who received it back at the company. They keep telling me they appreciate my patience and they will let their team know about the length of time I’ve been waiting it’s been several weeks. I’m not getting my money back. I know that and I canceled my card because I’m here. I saw where the company kept sending out more orders. What a mess stay away.

I purchased the buy one get one free..only received one,🤨noticed I was automatically signed up for a subscription,😮tried contacting them to cancel the subscription no response from them..so I cancelled my credit card and got a new card.😏
Noticed the Zeria soft gels supplements differ from the Rovina gels. Rovina are see through gels and Zeria are solid gels. Well here’s hoping they work🥴

If your vitamin order were a subscription, they would be required to disclose this BEFORE you authorize a charge. But they're not in the U.S. They're based in Japan. So they think they can get away with sending you an email AFTER you have authorized the charge, which states "monthly subscription", and then debit your account monthly, as a single charge each time, as opposed to how an actual subscription is typically processed.

To use legal terms, this is a unilateral EX-POST change in agreed terms or pricing, which likely constitutes "theft-by-deception". If they were based in the U.S., they'd likely be repeatedly sued for this tactic.

I've been working with my bank to stop this unauthorized "subscription", which is just a scam tactic for unauthorized repeat billing.

A one time $30 purchase turned into them taking $65 every month which I finally caught the third withdrawal and they have no way to stop this! Especially since I didn’t sign up subscription or reoccurring and the pills are a total scam and don’t work either!!!

They kept changing my order while I was online ordering...they added more, and recurring charges after I checked off "no recurring order"
So I backed out! And reported company to my credit card!!!

This company is a total scam!! Do not ever deal with Zeria! They took my credit card and charged me for stuff I never ever ordered. They are totally non responsive and as a company should not be in existence!!! Scam scam scam!! Horrible business practices, no response, horrible product! They should be investigated!!! I’ve even had issues with the scam charges with Amex! They can’t even deal with them!!

No good and taken 3 monthly payments that i didn't ask for, I want a refund!!

I wish I had looked Zeria up on Trustpilot before making a purchase. I only received part of my order. The missing part of my order says that a label was made and it gave a tracking number. I entered the tracking number for USPS and it stated the tracking number is not even an actual tracking number for USPS. There is a phone number listed for Zeria and I called and got a voice message telling you to email them, fishy right? I was able to cancel my subscription with an email and received an email from Zeria confirming the cancellation but I won’t hold my breath until I know for sure. I hope your reading this before you make the mistake of purchasing anything from this dishonest company!Buyer Beware!!!

I refused a package from you after speaking and being told I have the right to return it and get a refund. I don't want the product! You charged me for a bogus subscription and like i said we spoke via email about return of product and a refund. I will be returning the product again I have the right to refuse. Don't order they play games and not professional.

I haven't received the item and no one responds to emails. I will file a fraud with my bank. Angry!

STAY AWAY, they are not who they say they are, continue to charge my account after cancelling. Very dangerous JAPANESE company. Supposed to be Hawaiian , not, Japan home based, dishonorable. RUN AND DELETE !

Didn't subscribe to this company but bought 1 time jelly pills. The next month they took £40.20 out my account, I contacted them and received my money back and cancelled a subscription that I didn't subscribe too. On the 2nd of march they took another £40.20 out my bank then another £40.20 on the 7 th of this month, had to call the bank to stop them taking money out my account. AVOID AT ALL COST, THEY TAKE MONEY OUT YOUR ACCOUNT ALL THE TIME.

Never received order. While I am emailing back and forth about the first order, they bill me again!! I have never received any of the products, no tracking numbers, but they sure can send advertisements to me! I canceled and disputed charges on my credit card. Don't buy from them!!!

Terrible service! I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free than during checkout, it says they offer a higher dosage pack so I click on that one instead and paid for it. I did not know that it charged me for both orders. I sent an email right away to cancel the first order and they replied the next day saying they cannot cancel. Waited a couple weeks and finally got the first order which is the buy one get one free but never received the second order. Been emailing them back and forth for the last couple weeks and they said it was delivered but I never received it. I sent another email and no response. I will NEVER buy from this place again, its a scam.

My experience using Zeria Astaxanthin was surprising. While I didn't notice any changes in my skin as the product is being promoted, it gave me unexpected PAIN RELIEF. I bought the product to get a "suntan before a vacation I had planned. I was disappointed when I didn't notice any tan color. However, after only a couple of days taking it, I did notice that my body pain decreased dramatically and afyer a couple of months my hair started growing back where it had been thinning. I highly recommend this product for Menopausal women. My vacation was GREAT since I wasn't suffering in pain the entire time.

Stay away from Zeria Astaxanthin brand - I bought 2 bags of astaxanthin and noticed that the pill does not look the same as it was advertised on the company’s website. It is not translucent and it is hard and thick like plastic. I would like to return this product because I do not feel safe taking something that is different from what was advertised, and the company does not allow any messages. It is a scam from China. The package doesn't even has the company and country where the product was made. The review showsed 39,000 reviews but it is fake, there are only 5 reviews which you can click on it but they are copied from other websites.

And ask the company if could send back the 6 bags I ordered. They asked me to explain. So I did. Basically they said thanks for letting us know. Nothing on how to return the product.
