I have used Zero Waste Group three times now. Company repeat business speaks volumes about customer satisfaction. Thank you Paul and Rob for clearing my two rooms of stuff quickly and efficiently in 30 minutes.

A brilliant service - speedy, efficient and very friendly. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future and will recommend them highly at every opportunity.

Very friendly and professional, they even took extra care to make sure our indoor cat couldn't escape. All done within half an hour - very efficient.

Unfortunately, having said they would be with us mid morning they didn’t turn up until 4.30pm. Then, the office claimed they could not do the whole load as it was ‘ more than they were expecting, and they had to get to a tip that evening’ the driver said he’d been called to another job. Very disappointed they felt the need to lie, and very disappointed at the service.
When they did come the next available day, they were polite and efficient. But it caused me stress and frustration as I had to re arrange other things as they didn’t do the job when they said they would. Because of this, and because they lied, I cannot give a good review.

Booking was easy, and all charges explained clearly. Boys on the day were great and made the job look easy. Will definitely use again in the future.

The clearance was completed without fuss, no hanging around and by a very pleasant young man.

Excellent service- fantastic clearance job

Callum was so helpful in arranging an urgent clearance job. We had a lot of large furniture items in addition to a big garden clearance job.

Ian and Andrew worked really hard and did a fantastic job.

The before and after pictures were like a reality declutter show. We haven’t seen that section of garden fence in years!

I highly recommend Zero Waste. Helpful, polite and hard working team. Zero Waste did a fantastic job- great value with great eco credentials .

I was very happy with the service. They accommodated all the additional furniture that I also asked to take away. The guys who came to pick up the furniture were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They managed to remove everything even though it was tricky at time to remove some of the items. Great service from Callum at the head office.
I will be using them again if I need to.

Really impressed from start to finish

Incredibly easy to book. We wanted a same day service to remove an old sofa. Booked at 0950 and the van collected at 1145! Friendly and happy driver. What more do you want!

You pay more for this service, of course, but well worth it.

Booking was smooth and the team that showed up were very efficient and helpful.
Some issues with payment online but their customer support were ace at helping take payment.

We had top class service from Michael and the team. They were supportive and informative throughout the whole process which was at a stressful time for the family. We will certainly use them again.

Called at 12.30 with a request to clear rubbish dumped in the courtyard of our flats.
Agreed a good price and the site was cleared by 3.00pm with before and after pictures. Brilliant.
