This company rocks! Great prices, great quality products, and you can tell the small business really values their brand. It is so nice to receive personal messages each time I open a package as well as thoughtful packaging (from a zero-waste perspective). I have been shopping here for years and will be coming back to this brand time and time again.

Every thing arrived packaged well and timely. The bar shampoos and bar conditioners were just heavenly. I love these wonderful products.

The products sold are well-designed with no waste as the end goal but functionality always central. It helps to reorient the way we use stuff daily which has high positive environmental impact. I love the unpaste tabs that work in place of tubes (what are they made of?) of toothpaste. Communication is excellent, packaging is reusable or biodegradable or recyclable, and products are beautiful and fun, too.

Phenomenal customer care from the team at Zero Waste Outlet! I started Using their products last year and have not looked back. The items have held up extremely well over the past year, far outpacing generic store bought synthetic items. I loved using it so much I ordered some for my partner for Christmas. In the order notes, I put That it was a gift and asked if at all possible to send in an unmarked box, to keep the surprise factor. Not only did Zero Waste Oitlet tape over their labels on the box so it would remain unmarked, they even wrote a short handwritten note to my partner inside the box! Plus they fulfilled the order quickly and shipped it with plenty of time for Christmas! A wonderful touch to personalize it. Made me feel I was ordering from genuine humans, not just a faceless mega-corporation. Zero Waste Outlet is good people, good products, and great service. Would recommend them to anyone!
