zeuslasers.com Reviews

Laser was delivered quickly in a nice box. Excellently crafted. 488nm is the ideal color for a balance of visibility, eye safety, and power. This laser is perfect for general use.

Very fast shipping, great customer service. Purchased this laser to scare Canadian geese away they absolutely hate it! If I ever need another one I would definitely purchase from Zeus again!

My Laser would not work unless the battery compartment was partially unscrewed. Intermittent at best. Then nothing. Emailed customer service chatted with them and bent up positive battery terminal. Worked well for 2 weeks. Stopped working. Charged batteries and still no laser light. One of the batteries looks burned on the positive end.
I have had nothing but trouble from this laser.
Not sure where all these positive comments come from.
I was contacted by Zeus after this post. They have offered to replace the Laser at no cost. They obviously monitor Trust Pilot. They have exhibited good customer service which is very rare in this day and age. Perhaps I just received a lemon laser which we all know occasionally happens with any product. Bottom line is they said they would make it good.

Excellent product even better than I thought it would be, and it arrived 2 days earlier, would highly recommend, and it does the job I wanted it for of bird scaring, so good I am going to order another for a friend.

So far I have purchased two items from Zeus. Alex helped me choose the right product for my Engraving application and made sure I have received everything on time and in good order. Highly recommended supplier.

Excellent customer service. Fast reply and customer oriented service.

No fuss, no hassle, zeuslasers beats them all. Friendly communication, top notch products, laser-quick shipping policy, Paypal payment option, can anyone ask for more ?

Stuff happens, but the response to this stuff is what really matters. Zeus Lasers shipped my order quickly, and any questions that I sent via email were always addressed within hours.

I received the laser, but with a badly bent battery-contact spring; bad enough that I could not fix it to make sufficient contact with the battery + terminal.

Zeus Lasers helped me via email with suggestions, but when I said it wasn't working (I provided photos), they shipped a replacement right away.

In my opinion, Zeus Lasers' commitment to outstanding customer service goes a long way. Their quick, clear, and thorough responses to my queries, and accommodation for the defect, are above and beyond the current norm.

I highly recommend Zeus Lasers for your needs. I will be a returning customer.

Excellent & fast customer service.
A couple of questions about my order answered via email in less than 3 hours.

Definitely recommend zeuslasers I’m more then pleased with my laser and the best customer service too. 10/10

My laser therapy device is working like a charm! Been using it for the past 2 months now and I have honestly seen a difference.

Fast shipping & friendly customer service

Can I give higher than a 5 star review?
I purchased a Cold Laser device and received it promptly. Having an issue with the product I sent an email on a Saturday morning from the east coast of the USA. Amazingly I received a response within a few hours from Roger!
He quickly resolved my issue on Sunday and all is great. What excellent service.

I am extremely impressed with the level of service I have had from Zeus Lasers this morning. I mounted and connected the laser to my CNC device but found that it didn't illuminate. I asked for support from the company and received a reply 3 or 4 minutes after submitting my request. After carrying out tests recommend I found that the problem was a jumper on CNC control board. Once this was fixed the laser worked as expected. I feel very confident that I have bought from a company that will help promptly should I need it again.

So helpful with any questions I had after my purchase.
Alex was great on the live chat, thank you!

Amazing product and fast service.
I am very satisfied.

I have ordered a few items from zeus lasers and everyone has been working perfectly fine. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. I recommend them if you are looking for items for your purposes.

I’ve been dealing with lasers for over 13 years and these ones I bought from Zeus have stunning quality and effect. Though I can compare to other brands with higher rankings, these are exactly as good but better at price. I’ve ordered over 8 lasers now both handheld and stationary to myself family and even world athlete or people who broken a skeleton part. And they all are amazingly satisfied with the results

I love my laser device. Everything is awesome and very good prices.

Great service. Quick response to questions. I had to return the device due to a failure of my own making but they did everything they could to help and forwarded a new replacement without any fuss. Highly recommended.
