I bought a chain and bracelet for a birthday gift and the bracelet has already started to tarnish after it has been worn for less than 24hrs all the company said was it can be cleaned or sent back for a new one but no offer to give refund

Great Quality, Fast Delivery

I bought 2 bracelets and a chain from Zincello as a payday treat. I was a bit apprehensive at what the quality would be like as I had never heard of the brand and had found them through instagram which looked really good. My parcel was arrived quickly and the items are just as advertised and the quality is great. I even wear the jewellery to the gym and in the pool and they have not discoloured. I wanted to give a shoutout to the customer service team who were really helpful when I emailed to double check some sizing questions.

Would highly recommend this brand!

Ordered a matching cuban chain and bracelet. Arrived quickly and look great.

I ordered a chain as a gift, 10 days ahead of a birthday. The first parcel got lost. Guess that can happen. I asked them to resend it and only received a confirmation 2 weeks after. Now we are a solid month past the birthday and it still hasn’t arrived. Perhaps the friend can wear it at his own funeral.

The sterling silver necklace I bought is beautiful. Despatch time was a couple of days, I paid for 24 hour delivery and so after despatch it came the next day. My only complaint is that after I bought the necklace, I checked the returns policy and it clearly states any item that is in the sale cannot be refunded, only exchanged or you can be given store credit. This would be okay however EVERY item on the website is in the 'sale'. Little bit concerning but fortunately I was very pleased with the item. Worth bearing in mind though.

I ordered a chain but decided on a different size after I tried it on. I sent it back in the post to them on Thursday morning and got a new chain arrived at the weekend, top notch!

Delivery arrived with opened envelope and no item. Reported at 1pm, and received a amazing service from Theo who promptly went to their local Post Office at 4pm same day and delivered to me a new silver chain within two days. Really great service. And the silver chain is exactly what I expected.
