UPDATE: Got the product and it's AMAZING! - Unresponsive support and order still not shipped out
UPDATE: After reaching out on FB again, I was able to get a response with a tracking number. I got my glasses and I am absolutely in love with them!!!!!! I was trying to find a replacement for the Warby Parker Holcomb glasses since they have been out of production but the Zinff Palm is even better for an incredible price. I got the extra with the thin frames and they are so beautiful and weightless on my face. This is life-changing!!! The products are amazing. I still left one star off for the hiccup described below but definitely will purchase my glasses from Zinff again (please don't ever take the Palm out of stock - I bought two but I hope I can wear this style for life)

It's been over 7 business days and my glasses have yet to be shipped. I ordered them on April 22nd. I have emailed, left support a message, FB messaged, no responses. I call multiple times between their support hours of 8pm-5am EST and I get a busy tone and auto hung up. I'm worried that this is a scam site. Has anyone had any luck connecting to a support agent?
