I cannot thank enough the best mortgage advisor - Aditi Sinha - for helping us to buy our first home.Aditi's professionalism,thoroughness and personal approach made the impossible become possible for us.She helped us to overcome countless obstacles and I would wholeheartedly reccomend Aditi ,even if you feel hopeless by lack of possibilities and don't know where to start your journey.I learnt a lot during the process and I truly admire Aditi's skills,knowledge but most of all her kindness.

We have been dreaming for years to finally get onto the property ladder, but our annual self-employed incomes and the house prices in Greater London were far apart from each other.Even after savings of 10-15% for deposit we were turned down by many other firms and advisors.They kept repeating that we do not have enough income for the mortgage needed, and that we should wait and increase our yearly income which was not a viable option having two children and working already long hours.

Aditi took on our case and instantly noticed what many people prior to her had not - that my husband has no credit history.It was not that he'd made something wrong in the past - he simply had no records of paying bills,phone,credit card,etc.Aditi advised how to make it right and it was succesful.After that came the figures of our incomes.They did not look positive either.Nevertheless,Aditi didn't give up on us easily and searched through all the market to find a lender who would be willing to lend more than others.She secured an Agreement in Principle with specialist lender but moderate interest rates.It opened up a huge opportunity - estate agents taking us seriously for viewings.

Shortly,our offer for a two bedroom house was accepted.We had no clue how to proceed and what we need to do but Aditi explained every step with clarity and patience.She was our anchor - helped a lot with communications in each direction and always gave us an update on what's happening.Aditi has clearly explained the different mortgage packages and we were able too choose one which works best for us.In summary ,we gained a house with a huge potential and the experience that many things can become possible with the right people!
