Decided the ordered sweatshirt was not what I wanted, then tried to return and have had slow/delayed/nonexistent customer service in the return process for refund. Will not order from here again.

I messed up my shipping address, but they fixed it right away. The rep even followed up to make sure I got my order.

Absolute fraud. They shipped the items and they looked nothing like the pictures on the website when I purchased. So much so that they have since changed the pictures. Further, they require you send returns to China, even though they act as if they do business from the US. It’s 4 times the cost of the products to return them. ($60 order, $250 return postage) I tried communicating with them from the day I received the package, and they send the same generic response. This company is a joke.

When I needed help with a size exchange, they made it easy and fast. Didn’t feel like I was talking to a robot, either.

We received no communication regarding our purchase or shipment. Consequently, I reported the transaction to PayPal as a potential scam. ZIPYHOODIE subsequently provided tracking information indicating delivery to an incorrect state ten days prior to the order placement. Approximately two weeks later, the package arrived; the shipping label was printed the same day I initiated a PayPal refund request. This vendor failed to provide any communication whatsoever.

Fraud alert!!!! Fraudulent! Don’t order! They have a fake tracking system.

I placed an order from this company on December 11th 2024and have yet to receive my order February 7 2025 and on their website says they are located in Nevada and their return policy says 30 days from the day of purchase. Being that it's been 2 months and I haven't received anything, how do that work, PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S A FRAUD. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I have been getting the run around trying to get my refund and they keep providing shipping info in which where ever my order is, it's been there for a month and a half.

If it was possible to give zero stars, that would be deserving for this company. First they shipped the incorrect sweatshirt. Second, ordered a large and that size was not shipped. Further, the tags were cut out displaying the size. Third, the logos were peeling off. Notified the company on the day the sweatshirt was received, November 27, 2024. Still have never received the proper product and they are demanding I pay for return shipping. Their customer service is terrible. This company should be shut down for fraud.

Scam. Hoodie was way too small. Returns need to be shipped back to China? Won't tell me how that costs or where to send it. Do not shop here.

The WORSE experience!. It took over a month for one of my two orders to arrive. The second order never arrived. when I saw the hoodies, they were nothing like the pictures on their website. Poor quality amd completely different. One hoodie the print was supposed to have a design printed on it but it came in blank. No print nor design at all. Not the item I ordered. Since their returns policy is 30 days, I have been emailing them every week asking for an RMA # to return items and get my money back but they haven't respond. This website is a complete FRAUD!. I basically through money away.

Terrible!!! Took well over a month to finally arive and when it did, it was nothing like the picture. The design was almost invisible and the material was the worst!! I asked to return and they said I had to pay to ship it back even though their description was completely misleading. Horrible experience!!!

I placed my order for two hoodies on December 31 and received it on January 21st. The original price for each hoodie was 80 dollars. But they were on sale for 40 dollars. The quality of the products are not great. They use plastic zipper and material is so thin. I requested to receive an instruction to return my order three time by today, February 2nd. Since they give us 30 day return plolicy, but took 20 days for me to receive my order, i had to ask them repeatedly to tell me how I can return them. No response so far and it is already past 30 day mark. I should have researched about this company before i placed my order. I have never had this kind of business transaction experience. I wasted 80 dollars.

I will never buy from them again...... The worst customer service ever.

Needs a negative star. Never received item I ordered for son long before Christmas. Have been reaching out for refund ever since. Get nothing but a random auto reply saying “Thank you for your interest in our products.”
Very sad. Such a fraudulent irresponsible company.

I ordered a hoodie on December 5, 2024. It is now January 24, 2025 and I still haven't received it. I have emailed them, and just get an automated response saying the order shipped.

Don't order anything from this company.

I ordered a sweatshirt on Dec 8th 2024, still have not received, emailed them several times, tracking says arrived at JFK on Jan 2nd that was the last update. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

SCAM!!! Hoodies are fake, M size is smaller than supposed to be, came like in 3 weeks. My son was very disappointed, he said he won’t wear it at all. Now, just don’t want to deal with returning hassle, reading compliant that it is not possible to return. So sad that we were scammed!

One order totally wrong, received hoodie with SAINTS across front and pants! WRONG!
No power packs to heat the other 2 hoodies.
If I had seen these complaints I Never would have ordered from you. And it took two months to reach me.

Scam. No replies. Poor quality. I don't think they will even let me return the item that was unused
