My mother ordered some hoodies from here and they didn't arrive so she asked me to help.. A quick google search showed me this was a scam from china so Ill tell all of you what I told her.. Treat this as a life lesson and ALWAYS do a little research before purchasing ANYTHING from a website you are not familiar with. And to all the people still waiting on a refund I can assure you, you will not be getting any refund from these scammers just treat it as a life lesson take the loss and move on

My hoodies were too small. It is next to impossible to receive a refund or a larger size have been back-and-forth with customer service for over 60 days and my issue is still not resolved. I have paid over $70 for the hoodies and I just have to cough it up as a loss stay away.

Material is very cheap for the price I paid. The Tigger is adorable!! Size does not match size chart. Way to small. It's to expensive to return to CHINA and besides that there is not packing slip or invoice. I've got to quit buying off these Facebook ads! Very, Very disappointed!!

Ich habe jetzt mehrfach bestellt, die Firma hat wohl den Sitz in Canada und lässt in China produzieren. Ich habe bei einer Bestellung von 4 Artikeln nur 2 erhalten und habe nachgefragt. Ich habe sofort eine Antwort erhalten und die Paket Nummer der 2. Hälfte. Die Wartezeit hielt sich bei allen Bestellungen in Grenzen, der deutsche Zoll musste die Sendungen freigeben, das hat ca. 3 Wochen gedauert und kann m. E. nicht der Firma angelastet werden. Die Hoddies und die Hoddie-decken sind sehr schön und machen Freude!

I have received my son xmas present already. I love the hoodie so I bought another for my Husband. It's great material and size looks great. I will ordering another for me. It takes a while to received it. It's coming from China. I also track my package 📦. I haven't had a problem.

I think that these people are a fraud. Have not received anything yet. Can't get in touch with anybody call customer service. Nobody answers email them that are right back. They got gonna have to go to my bank and put fraud. See if I get my money back.

Never received my hoodies but they got my money. No one ever answer phone and on my bank statement phone number keep giving diff number to call

If I could give negative stars I would!!!! My boyfriend ordered me a hoodie back in February 2023 a few days after the order being placed I received an email stating that it had been shipped. Following the tracking number it showed that it was in Portugal from the day I received the email stating it had been shipped until about a week ago. A week ago I was notified that it had been delivered after checking my mail and my grandfather's mail there was no hoodie. This hoodie holds sentimental value I had requested for a picture of my deceased son to be printed on it. Someone out here in the world is walking around with my Angel's face across their chest 😭

Paper-thin... pockets tiny... sizes wrong...way to small
Company does not respond to any of my emails.
Will never ever do this again

I ordered 2 hoodies which cost me $160 Cdn and only received 1 hoodie of such cheap material that it should only be $20 I have been emailing them about the missing hoodie for 2 months now with no response They are scammers DO NOT order from this company Not worth the money even if you get what you ordered but chances are you won't get it

DON'T DO IT!! Ok, I am writing again. Following the tracking, my @#$& was delivered to an address in PR. 😡🤬 I placed this order 12/12/2022, and paid for expedited. I called again today, phone is always busy. No response from Emails as well.

My daughter found this company. I'm always afraid of ordering from new, unknown companies becaue they always seem to ship from China, so I researched a little. Their info indicated they were in California, so I felt a little more comfortable and proceeded to look and order. We ordered a 2x for her on Nov 25. We were informed processing, shipping, and delivery would be about 3 weeks, so it would arrive right before Christmas. Boy were we wrong!

The hoodie was finally delivered on Jan 10th. I've sent 2 emails concerning this and the lack of updates on the tracking, no one ever answered. They may have offices located in California, or that may be a front, I don't know - what I do know is they ship from China, and a 2x is not actually a 2x because of this. Kind of sucks. Now I have a hoodie that can't be worn, a Christmas gift was not only late, but doesn't fit and can't be immediately replaced, and a company that refuses to respond to your inquiries.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER! It's not worth the headache and disappointment to save a little for what seems to be a good item.

I could not get my hoodie as everyone else on this page. I got a hold of PayPal, which is what I used to pay with, and filed a grievance. PayPal started the grievance and contacted the company. I recieved my hoodie around 9 days later. Get a hold of however you paid and file a grievance and I guarantee you will get your orders!!!

I've been waiting 6 weeks nothing phone # always busy they suck

I ordered a hoodie for a friend for a Christmas present, being as the order page said it took 7 to 10 days to ship after 5 day processing.
Well as everyone here has stated I did NOT get my order. Finally today (01-11-23) I received (what I thought) was my order. Well low and behold, it was a hoodie, just not the hoodie that I ordered. I ordered a Mickey Mouse hoodie and was sent an Eeyore hoodie. He was ok with it but I was extremely disappointed. It took over 2 months to get the hoodie and turns out it wasn't the one I ordered. I wish there was somewhere I could post the pictures.... The hoodie looks as if it was just hastily made. Absolutely no overstitching, just single stitches. Luckily I have a seamstress in the family that can overstitch it for me. I'm truly heartbroken and will NEVER EVER order anything else from them. I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from them.. ☹️☹️
Also there is absolutely NO customer service once you place your order. The phone number is "disconnected". Your tracking number is "not available at this time". DO NOT ORDER FROM THUS COMPANY.... You have been warned!! ☹️

Like many here, I order 3 hoodies back in mid November thinking that would be plenty of time for me to receive them before Christmas. Being that the website said it would arrived between the 2nd-10th of December.
The tracking number seem to work which stated that my order had arrived in the United States on the 16th of December (6 days late!) and it had been transferred to the local courier to be delivered on the 18th. But it hasn't moved from that point since!
I tried calling them and I too get nothing but a continuous busy signal for all hours of the day. I've emailed them numerous of times, never getting a single response back from them. I'm at a point where I going ask my bank to file a fraud report on them to get my money back.
I thought they were a legitimate business, but it's now very clear to me they're nothing of the sort. The only product they're selling is the fraudulent kind.

I ordered a hoodie as a Christmas gift in mid December, paid for insurance and expedited shipping…got an email saying it had been shipped yet it’s still in Jamaica NY…..still haven’t gotten the hoodie and it’s the middle of Jan. I’ve emailed several times, sent a message through their contact us, also tried to call (the number is always busy) I wish I had read the reviews first before ordering from here. I feel like I’m being scammed.
