Following my original review, Zit responded and stated that the matter was being handled. However, four days later, I still do not have a working washing machine, a replacement, or a refund. And they have refused to provide their office address.
The machine was defective from the moment it was installed and has remained unusable. I paid extra for express delivery and have now spent over two weeks chasing a resolution.
At this stage, the issue is no longer just the faulty appliance. It is the lack of urgency in resolving a problem that should have been addressed immediately. This is how scammers behave.

These people are scammers, and I strongly suspect many of these positive reviews are paid for.
I ordered a washing machine from Zit and paid 100% extra for express delivery. The installer came, installed the machine, and it immediately started showing a system error when I tried to use it, and would not work.
I emailed them, but no response.
I then called, and they said someone would come to inspect it. I followed up days later and was told the same thing again. After waiting yet another couple of days with no resolution, I requested a refund.
That was when they claimed they had “escalated it to Hisense” because they are “only distributors.”
That is unacceptable.
You cannot operate as a distributor, collect full payment from customers, charge extra for express delivery, deliver a faulty product, and then attempt to transfer responsibility to the manufacturer while the customer is left stranded for weeks.
If a brand new appliance arrives defective, the seller should immediately inspect, replace, or refund the product and handle supplier issues internally. That is basic business responsibility.
Instead, I have paid in full for a brand new washing machine that has been unusable for two weeks, and nobody can even tell me when this issue will be resolved.
This is how Zit treats customers after taking their money.

At first I was very skeptical about an online transactions in Nigeria. There are so many other online stores in Nigeria right now but ZIt Electronics stands out and their Lagos pay on delivery even makes better and mind settling too.
I place my order and ask them to deliver it on a particular date and they did. My brother received it and checked to make sure that what is bought is what is delivered. After the confirmation they text me their account details and I made a payment and it was confirmed before the delivery guy left.
Honestly, I can see a better Nigeria if they continue this way.
Definitely I will be making some more purchases in the near future.

This is a commendation/Feedback on the items I just purchased from Zit.

When I saw the items I wanted to get on online and had to contact the consumer service to inquire on the possibility of getting the other to where I am located. The quick response I got from her and how she guided me through the process of making payment was so impressive. Whenever my chat drops on the company WhatsApp line, she doesn't take time to respond and whenever I ask for something that she doesn't have an answer to, she will promise to find out and get back and before you know it, I have my answers.
This is what business needs to grow. You just need good dedication and proper customer relations. I commend the lady on this and I advise that she keeps it up.
Product:
I was thrown into confusion when I got the items because there was no manual on how to assemble them. However, it took me a lot of time to figure this out and I was able to assemble it. The only shortcoming is that, the marble for TV stand sheared into two when I was lifting it from the rack. It appears that the marble was weak for that to happen. Apart from that, I love the product and I give it a 5. It's worth the money.
I recommend two things
1. There should a pocket sized manual to help assemble things that one is getting form you
2. There should be more effort towards protecting items that you are shipping out from braking. Though I love the way you packaged them but let's pay more attention to that.
