This is a very well organised way to try a wet suit. The design did not suit me and O really struggled to get out of it so it's good there was a way to try before buying.
Returning it is very simple.

Never rented a dress before or worn from the brand. Was for my wedding and the service was first class. Dress arrived on time, well packaged. Perfect fit and was beautiful. Ribbon idea very good as it would be useful if it didn’t fit. Easy returns process and kept up to date.

The dress arrived early and was told you just have a few extra days to see if dress fitted!! So had enough time to sort out an option 2 incase I needed it but I didnt the dress was incredible everyone at the wedding complemented me on it and just made me feel confident and had a lovely day the return was easy and when I email about a query i has a same day response! Chuffed with the service and will rent again and tell others to!

So sorry it didn't fit so I didn't get the chance to wear.

This is my first time renting a dress from Zoarental. I had so many compliments on the dress that I rented for a family wedding. I loved it. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I usually go for a petite size but the dress fit length wise perfectly and fit just like a comfortable size 10.

Dress was supposed to be delivered Saturday came Monday instead which really left me in the lurch. Sent email to their help desk explaining that it had come not 1 but 2 days after it was due and asked for a refund. Customer service came back to me to say “Royal Mail had issues” I replied and no reply and no refund. Will not be using their services again and I urge other potential customers to be warned they are not trust worthy.

I have sent numerous emails to express my disappointment in this service.
I ordered a dress for a special event in a size 8 and you sent me a size 18.
This left me without anything to wear.
It was 48 hours prior to the event and i gave you the opportunity to rectify to your mistake.
I not only didn’t have a dress for the event but I’ve also paid for rental
The whole experience was a disaster with no means of giving me a solution.

I hired the embellished halter neck gown for my daughter’s 18th party! It is stunning. The dress came the next day and easy to return.
Really effective service and will be using again :)

The whole process form ordering to return was very straight forward.
I ordered a long sleeved swimsuit which I was able to try out before committing to buying.
This was the first time of renting clothes but would definitely recommend this.

My second time renting a wetsuit from Finisterre through Zoa and both times have been faultless. Both times the wetsuit has generously arrived a day early and returns are straight forward. A great service and product.

Fantastic experience renting from Oh Polly. I rented the dress for my 21st birthday. As it was very expensive and extravagant I didn’t want to purchase it outright as I wouldn’t wear it again. Dress was delivered early. Returns label comes with the item ready to attach. Easy drop off. Definitely would use this service again.
