Poor quality and way overpriced. Emails backwards and forwards with customer services who gave part refund for the first jacket I ordered. Whilst waiting for that one to be delivered ordered two more then realised my mistake on quality and as bad as the first jacket. Offered 35 % refund which I accepted and never received. Keen emailing them with their 35% offer by email which I agreed to but now no response and no refund given. Avoid ordering any garment on their advert.

I also got stung by these people. Bought via U=an advert on Instagram. 2 nice looking jumpers, what arrived was cheap, badly made and looked nothing like the image.
Lost my money, no refund stopped replying.

I ordered a jacket that looked very good quality in the picture. After reading these reviews I decided to cancel the order. Thankfully I got a refund
I wonder if they have robbed the pictures from a reputable website

The garment I received was absolutely nothing like the description or photograph and certainly not worth the price

Clearly imported from China with 3 week delay this company and others like them ostensibly with London styling should be avoided

Awful quality and sizing horrendous. After contacting them to return, eventually refunded half and kept items. After many emails stating shipping back to China!!! Would take so long and often customs would refuse the items. Sham sellers and misinformation on website.....minus stars. Do not buy from them.

Would put Zero stars if option.
Numerous emails re returned item and proof of delivery from courier sent.
No refund received since September purchase.
Looking at reviews and my own experience would never deal with this company again or companies selling the same or similar clothing.
Very disappointed and will never purchase from a company online without reading reviews.

Ordered 2 jumpers and a pair of boots. Nothing like picture it description. Jumpers were a print on cheap material, not woven as described or displayed.
Boots were terrible quality and completely different colour to this ordered.
Enquired about returning, offered 25% refund if I kept them. Refused and paid £36 to return to China!! Even when the return address on the packaging was a UK address. Send tracked and signed for. They have received it but now just ignore all communications and have not processed refund.
I will now go through my bank to reclaim £110 paid, but will lose postage fees
AVOID AT ALL COST. A GUARANTEED RIP OFF FAKE COMPANY FROM CHINA

Ordered a pair of shoes for my wife. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Wrong size. Too big. Asked for return info and refund. They offered 25%discount or return at my cost to China. First time I had heard China mentioned. I paid by Paypal so going through Dispute resolution for refund. Total scam. Do not buy from them.

SCAM - as others have said these are drop shipped from China. Absolute rubbish. Not a wool blend but 100% POLYESTER as shown on the label inside although they have sewn through the label to try and hide this fact. Returns to an address in China costing as much as the goods to return. Thankfully I paid via PP who refunded my money in full. Contact them if you did likewise... if they get enough negative complaints they will block they from using Paypal. But be warned DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPAMY

Sadly bought from Zoey London. Products are nothing like photos. Terrible, cheap quality. Impossible returns. They'll tell you that returns to China are very expensive and that not all returns get through customs. Then stop responding. Proper scammers.

Absolutely rubbish, don't fall for the London bit, the stuff comes from China and takes a couple of weeks to arrive.The items we bought looked nothing like the online pictures and when they did arrive were miles too big.When I asked how to return them they sent an email saying that if I wanted to keep the goods they'd give me a 15% refund but if I wanted a full refund I'd have to cover the cost of postage.It cost me just over £30 to send tracked delivery and after the stuff had landed in China it just said being assessed by customs in fact it was still saying that this morning.I contacted my credit card company and raised a dispute which they said they would query with the company and two days later Zoeys said they had received the goods and would refund.Still haven't heard anything else from them but the card company have refunded me.

Well I'm amazed most people seem to have at least received their orders even if it is rubbish because I placed an order for a coat costing 59.95 on 23rd November last year and 9 weeks later I've still not received anything! Several emails sent little response and as I paid via the shop app I can still see the status is showing as ready to be shipped! Absolutely disgusted with these cowboys and have now raised a charge back via my card company. I have noticed several other clothing companies similar to this popping up on FB since Zoey London, all calling themselves something London. When a new one appears the other one disappears. This is a proper scam !

A complete waste of money. Extremely poor quality and nothing like the advert picture. A waste of time trying to return as they completely ignore your emails. I should have checked Trustpilot before ordering….. Stay well clear

An absolute scam. This is a cheap ill-fitting sweatshirt with a screen printed blurred approximation of the pattern of a traditional fair isle sweater. Steer well clear!

The jumper a bought for my husband was absolutely crappie,nothing like the photo.never again would I order from you,told all my family and friends to keep well away from your site

Ordered a jumper in December. Read the reviews just after ordering ( my mistake) sent email cancelling the order. Email next day saying order processed! Arrived after Christmas - 100%polyester not wool! No resemblance to the image - may wear whilst washing the car! Scam

Polyester rubbish sold as wool blend. Can’t get the form from them to instigate a return and refund. Have ignored me and just partially refunded a small amount. Very poor experience and dodgy company. Avoid at all costs

Ripped off, cheap polyester look alike,avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately I got scammed. Misleading advert. Terrible product. No full refund possible. AVOID.
