Recently completed Facial Reflex 1 on Zoom. Was really easy to learn in this way although I had initially been unsure. I came away from the course feeling energised, motivated and excited about this method of reflexology. Early feedback is superb and I have booked for the second course in the New Year. I recently completed the Facial Reflexology and Advanced Facial Reflexology courses and straight away signed up to study Zone Face Lift. Both days were amazing, so much to take in but delivered in a really accessible manner with plenty of time for questions and to check my technique as I practiced the new skills. I have had very positive feedback from my case studies.

ZFL is an amazing treatment with very positive and visible results. Ziggie is a fantastic teacher who makes the whole training experience interesting and fun. The accompanying course information is comprehensive, easy to follow and great for referring back to. Totally recommend this course.

Ziggie Bergman is a phenomenal teacher. Her courses are extraordinary and powerful. She is an expert in her field. I have completed many of her courses. Her courses also cover marketing for the treatments, which is an added bonus! She is thorough in her teachings. One will not regret any of her courses as they are powerful and clients' just become addicted to the treatments! I have trained with Ziggie before and have found her courses fantastic, you get great resources to use and time with her to ask questions as well as check your techniques. I would not have considered facial cupping but my Zone Face Lift Clients asked for it! I love doing it one myself and adding to my clients ZFL routine is an added bonus for their skin care routine.

I recently trained with Ziggie on Indian Head Massage having attended a few other courses with Ziggie
The course content is thorough and easy to follow. I felt confident after the course to work on my clients (once I had the actual routine in my head!)
If you are considering courses please do reaserch Ziggie I would highly recommend her training course both in person and on Zoom (IHM was my first zoom trainging and more than happy to train this way again!)

I did the Indian head massage course with Ziggie, she is a great teacher. I used one of her marketing ideas with one of her marketing images and had 17 enquiries which is a lot for a small business owner. Thank you Ziggie.

The course cannot be given less than 5 stars..it amazing addition to existing skills of reflexology. I did in-person course and Ziggie was amazing at giving feedback so you don't miss out on any technique or pressure x

Loved every minute of the training , all the information Ziggie gave us as well as what is there is on line to follow .... one word ... Amazing!

I was very pleased to be able to take the class via zoom as I am in the US and would not have had the opportunity otherwise. Having previously taken an in-person class with Ziggie I wondered if it would work as well, but it was great. Everything was presented so clearly and Ziggie was able to give comment and correction where needed as she could see all of the students as we worked. It was a nice small class so she had plenty of time to give feedback to us all. My model loved it too! Wouldn’t hesitate to take further courses offered via zoom by Ziggie and am looking forward to the next time.
