I ordered a gaming PC and I was waiting for the store owner to deliver it to me for a month, he kept telling me that some parts are out of stock, I was disappointed, so I asked him if the PS5 was available and ready for delivery and he told me that it was available and able to deliver it soon, after I received the PS5 it was very dirty, the box was broken, even the PS5 was dirty and looked like it had been used before, but not sure, I was planning to gift it to my nephew, when I opened the box for my nephew he was disappointed.

As for the PS5, we confirm that it was a brand-new unit with a 12-month warranty. We understand that the outer packaging may have suffered damage during shipping to Dakhla, despite our best efforts to ensure secure packaging. However, we assure you that the console itself was never used. When you reached out to us on WhatsApp, we explained the situation, but we did not receive any further response from you.
