Turnaround time on orders is highly inconsistent. Sometimes it's days. But our second to most recent order was placed on April 20 and we are still waiting on shipping. When we need service or have a problem, it's usually framed as our fault or mistake and remedies are difficult to come by. That said, quality and price are good and if you can figure out their ticketing system, you usually get a response.

Paid for Rush Recieved Delays
My main criticism is the production timeline language. If the turnaround is realistically four business days or longer, then say that clearly. Don’t market it as “3–4 business days” and then rely on broad language or force majeure wording when delays happen. Customers paying for rush service are usually working against real deadlines.
The final product was completed, but the communication and expectation setting need improvement. A more realistic and transparent timeline would go a long way.
