My zotac 4080 is sistematically shuting…

My zotac 4080 is sistematically shuting down my system, bought new, sent it to RMA and after 30 days on the RMA it came without any notice about what was done to it, they sent me the same GPU and it still crashes my system randomly. Wont buy Zotac again.

J'ai mis une étoile à LDLC à cause d'un retour Zotac qui n'arrive pas, ça va bientôt faire 2 mois que je suis sans pc. Je les ai contactés, j'ai suivi les instructions: passer par le revendeur qui leur a retourné le matériel. Mais honnêtement, je crois que c'est zotac le responsable. Quand tu les contactes, malgré qu'on te dise de passer par zotac france, ils te parlent en anglais. Ok ça va, c pas difficile, mais de toute façon, ils te renvoient d'un service à l'autre, stérile. Là, LDLC attend depuis plus d'un mois et demi un retour de leur part. Je les ai contactés, zotac, ils répondent à côté ou me renvoient ailleurs. Les lois font que c'est la responsabilité de ldlc, mais c'est sûrement la faute de zotac. Je vous déconseille donc d'acheter leur matos, ou alors du pas cher, s'ils en ont, car en cas de pépin, vous ne gagnerez que du stress et perdrez tout le reste.

I’ve built gaming PCs for years. And once I'm done I see a red light I'm like ok..... so if you don't know a red lights usually means power delivery issues on any GPU in the past etc
Well not Zotac! No! Zotac decided to be special this year. After hours checking all cables and the power supply guess what I find?! Tucked away in the corner of the website with no images and no mention of the bloody thing turns out the 4090 OC or AMP EXTREME have this hidden feature that no image of theirs shows or mentions. It's called amplify mode when the fans cool more aggressively vs blue which is the quieter mode (button next to it).
Now Zotac.... WHAT MORON THINKS IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO ONE NOT ANNOUNCE OR SHOW PICTURES OF THIS AND TWO WHAT MORON THOUGHT THIS WAS A SAFE? ESPECIALLY WHEN EVERY GPU IN THE PAST WITH A RED LIGHT IS USED TO TELL US THERE ARE POWER DELIVERY ISSUES SO YOU KNOW WE DON'T SEE ANY FIRES?!!!! FROM AN IMPROPER CONNECTION?!!
PLEASE TELL ME THE PR/DESIGN TEAM/SHAREHOLDERS WHO LOOKED AT THAT AND WENT, "YEAH THAT IS COMPLETELY FINE" OF ALL COLOURS RED?!
SO NOW ZOTAC TELL ME HOW US CONSUMERS ARE GOING TO KNOW FROM A QUICK GLANCE IF THAT RED LIGHT IS FROM THE FAN MODE OR THAT RED LIGHT/OTHER LIGHT IS TELLING US DANGER GPU IS NOT GETTING POWER?????

Zotac Warranty Scam

Despite being bought with extended warranty, Zotac are refusing to replace my broken GPU. Complete scam which has cost me a lot of money. Buy cheap buy twice it seems.

Worse customer service ever, hopeless!

Hi, my mini Pc Zotac X Box Series Magnus EN52060V has been broken, I don't think it is under warranty as been bought second-hand (used) but I would like to pay for the service to repair it.
The customer service doesn't want to provide any repair service as is not under warranty anymore, they don't want to repair the PC even when I said I'm happy to pay for the service.
The person from customer support told me it is not under warranty you can put it into a skip (the PC cost over £1000), when I ask about spiking the manager, they just put the phone down!
Worse customer service ever, hopeless!

As it often is the case with such reviews, they are heavily skewed, seems like only the people with an issue leave a review, which heavily skews the rating.
Some reviews even don't seem to realise that what they're going on about is actually not an issue Zotac should handle.
I personally just had an interaction with the support and am incredibly positively surprised.
Not even after an hour after submitting my ticket I was forwarded to the right people and from them got an answer after once again less than an hour.
Very fast, efficient and polite, a rare case.

I am an IT provider and sell hundreds of cards per year. The first time had an issue with zotac and even with original receipt and proof of purchase refusing to RMA. It was dead on arrival. Absolutely shocking company stay well clear.

Terrible support. My videocard hasn't come back to me in 6 mos. This chinese company is a crook.

Avoid their products. Nvidia should take their license to produce nvida cards.

i will never ever again purchase a graphics card from zotac!
the support cannot help, i told them that i bought a graphics card on amazon from a certified zotac seller, and there is a problem with the seller, because the graphics card was defect. i know that i have to solve this problem with the seller on amazon ok, but

i asked the support 2 times for help if there is anything i can do, but they did absolutely nothing to help, they know that the distribution center in france is the official distributor, but they still cannot help ...

im very pissed, as many others are too, because i bought a graphics card from zotac which cost me 2000 euros, and now it is defect after 4 months.

and we are trying since 3 weeks to solve that problem.

never ever again, i will buy my graphics cards from msi in the future because zotacs support is zero 0.

Worst company support ever. Can't even get simple information from their support team about the GPU Cooler Assembly and said to contact a professional.

I am a professional asking a question from their support team about the assembly and they can't even be bothered to answer that.

They had a Zotac 3070 in stock and I had it in my Cart at the shipping screen today. I attempted to log into my account to pay for the GPU and 2 minutes later when the website refreshed and stopped crashing it was out of stock again. Once a card is in your Cart and you are trying to pay for it they should not allow someone else to buy the thing with a $2,000 bot from under your nose. Don't think I will have any brand loyalty to Zotac after that.

Also have to add that their website is the slowest, and it crashes constantly. Don't know how they do any business when it takes 10 minutes of refreshing to do anything. You cannot buy anything as a guest too so if you get an RTX 30 series card in your Cart just pray that you're already logged in because you'll be screwed by some bot using scalper.

I've bought a GPU on their website and got charge on my credit card for more then $1000. But it disappeared from my orders immediately and customer service said that there probably was an error during processing my order and there is nothing they can do about it and that I should contact PayPal to get my money back.

The Last Zotac Product I Will Ever Purchase

Edit: Some things have changed in the past few weeks which caused me to change my review from a 1 star to 3 star. Luckily, I was able to get a hold of Zotac through their online chat, however this still took longer than it should have. I provided my RMA info and they let me know that the process was ongoing, but should know within a week. This was about a week after my initial review. They have since completed my RMA and returned my GPU to my surprise. While I am glad they followed through, I am still amazed at how scrambled their customer support really is. If you're going to be out of the office for a week and cant answer calls, maybe indicate that on the dial tone when someone calls? Like every other company I have ever worked with? I dont know, just a suggestion. I am glad I was able to get this process completed (despite taking more than 2x as long as estimated), but I stand by my word of never buying a Zotac GPU again. They might only be slightly inferior to other AIB cards such as ASUS or MSI, but I have had significantly better customer support at these companies.

Never again will I take a gamble buying a Zotac GPU. My 2060 Super broke around 2 months ago after about 14 months of use. It’s possible I got unlucky with the silicon lottery, but that is a measly lifespan for a mid range card regardless. Around December 20th, I sent my card in for an RMA and had to pay for my own shipping, which is fine but expected to have it paid for. I can put that aside though. On January 5th my card was received and processed at the warehouse despite being delivered before New Years. Apparently they were doing “inventory”, which takes an entire week for some reason. Flash forward to now, and the reason I’m writing this review. I have spent the past 7 days trying to get a hold of zotac by any means necessary, just to get an update on my RMA. I’ve called customer service 24 times (I counted) and never got a single answer. I left a voicemail, no call back. I use their online chat, no answer. I’ve sent them multiple emails, no answer. I’m started to think I just wasted $25 on shipping my broken card, and now I’ve gone over a month with no replacement. This is hands down the worst customer service I have experienced to date, not even just with PC components. I’ll be inclined to update or post a new review should things change, but I find it highly unlikely for the time being. Anyone thinking that saving $30-$100 dollars by buying a zotac is worth it, this is your warning. Subpar GPUs, horrible customer service.

Awful company and customer service

Emailed them about my Zotac 1070 AMP! Extreme Edition which was the top of the line 1070 that was released by them. I bought it second hand so they refused to honour warranty which is weird but not totally unheard of but they also refused to just provide me some advice and help or even some links to places where I could potentially solve my problem myself. What an utter garbage company. I've had many GPUs from different companies like MSI and Gigabyte and they've always provided good support. This was my first Zotac card and I will not be using this company again in the future.

I would give 0 stars for service

I would give 0 stars for customer service but they do at least make some of the only small but powerful graphics cards. I bought one, a 3070, from them and 2 day shipping took five days, when I complained and asked for a partial refund of the shipping costs they rudely brushed me off. Will never buy another Zotac product, in fact I’ll sell this on the used market just to keep one more from being sold. If you are going to spend 500 or 1000 dollars on a card... Stick to companies like EVGA or Asus. Even Gigabyte has better service and that’s saying something.
