So I just happen to log in, I see under my orders detail that an ordered was made but unshipped to someone named Frau Sultan in Germany. I don’t even know who that is. Good thing I’ve never purchased anything from this company. Because someone could’ve actually used my card information and it would’ve been a whole thing, according to everyone this is a fraudulent company. I’m trying to delete everything attached to this because I don’t want any ties to this. Lesson learned: don’t trust the IG ads when they post cute clothes

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They have poor quality products and they are nearly impossible to reach when you need a refund. HORRIBLE products, even worse Customer Service. DON'T BUY INTO THEIR FLUFFY PICTURES LIKE I DID. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

I would have given this website a negative star if I was able! The clothing is NOT what you see in the pictures online! These people are crooks!!! I could've bought better things at Goodwill. I ordered on March 6th and 3months later received half of the items. I sent numerous emails trying to get a credit for what didn't come and my emails were returned to me saying it was a bad email address.

I purchased a total of 2 pair of pants, 2 shirts, 3 packs of earrings, 1 pair of shoes the last week March. I only received 1 pair of pants, and they wanted me to take a credit. No! After several emails I received my refund. Several emails later, I finally received the shoes. A homemade smash box of cardboard. With a description of blue 38 Made in China. I was approached by someone wanting to buy from another similar on line clothing store. It is horrible they are allowed to sell and take money from people who believe it is a legal organization. the first time I order I wasn't so lucky. It was a hair steamer I received broken they would only return $1.00 back for a $19.00 and it would take $26.00 to mailed back.
They all should be STOP.

I ordered 2 blouses and a coat 9/15/19 I finally received the one blouse , which looked nothing like the pic. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of anyone from customer service to return this item and get a full refund. Inside the blouse there were no tags and just horrible quality!!! $96.00 wasted!!! I probably won't receive the other 2 items at all!!! This company should be shut down!!

I ordered a faux fur jacket and clearly read their size chart. When I finally received the item it was so small would only fit my younger daughter. I wanted to exchange but when you click exchange/refund link it only takes you to the credit card & Paypal logos. Then I tried to contact customer service but those links are for show only. They don't work. I sent an email but received no reply. It wasn't until I put a claim thru Paypal did they even respond and then they were only willing to refund me half of the price paid. I agreed just so I could get something back but I wish I had read these reviews first before ordering!!! Do Not Order from them!!!!

This is a scam company. They do not refund money when you return and false advertise their merchandise. Do not order from them.

Ordered items from website because it kept showing up on my Facebook and Instagram feed. Instead ended up losing money because I received no order confirmation, they charged my card immediately, have shipped nothing. I keep emailing them and they keep asking me for an order number they never gave me. It’s a fraudulent website. Don’t waste your money on it

This is the most horrible place I have ever dealt with. I placed an order with them went back in literally 1 minute later to cancel. It would not let me cancel it kept freezing up and then saying “ Object”. I tried to send them a message and it would not allow me to. Finally I got an email to go through and they responded but when I went to respond back it was to a dating website email. They are fraudulent and a scam.

Please do not waste your money or time with this company. I ordered 7 items and once they supposedly arrived in the USA the package went missing. You can not deal with this company or get them to understand any request. All they had to do was contact fed ex and I would have been refunded. But all they do is write back and say contact my local post office office. It was never sent to my local post office. Nor does the tracking state that it was delivered anywhere. If any one has a way to get these people to understand and refund please advise. And again Never to business with them

So far after 12 weeks I haven't received my order of one dress. I know air mail from China takes a while but I'm worried I've been scammed especially after reading negative reviews.
It was my fault that I didn't research the company before I ordered something. I guess I'm not used to being scammed.
When and if I receive my order, I will submit a new review and rate my experience.
