I recieved the order . No official box or original accessories was sent. Usb c cable missing, official stand missing, cheap material hdmi and power cable sent that can be easily chipped or burnt out in excess heat. Complete misguidance and betrayal. On the website its clearly written that original box and acessories will be sent even on preowned products. Its scamming honest people like us.Whats even worse there is no bill of original owner. I am resident of punjab , near chandigarh. How will i get any repairs from official sony service centre if I have no official bill from previous owner even worse how will i know if this is an Indian unit.
