I made an account signed up for the casino through the link purchase the $30 they sent my gift cards but in the email to redeem the gift cards it didn't include a link to redeem them it included two codes it's been almost 24 hours since I've been trying to contact the customer service and have got nothing back in return from them I have even made brand new email addresses to contact him and got nothing in response since!!! My next step which I have already took a couple steps towards it is contacted the lawyer and law enforcement

Don't waste your time..or money
The 1st 'sweepstakes casino' I signed up for had a promo of 'spend $10 at the casino of your choice, get $30 back in gift cards'. I carefully followed the instructions to sign up thru the link provided for my chosen casino, bought $10 in credits, went back to where I entered mu casino username, etc and hit submit. The entire casino disappeared and has not reappeared since. I tried the 'Contact Us' on Zwapper but haven't heard back from anyone. So today, I decided to try my obviously bad luck again. Swapper says you can keep signing up for each casino so long you don't have an existing account. So I followed the same process, with the same promo, came back and all the terms had changed. Instead of spending $10, I was to spend $9.99 and $29.99 to get $50. I contacted the company again with some not nice words about ripping me off then Googled where to rate them. If I had the option, the would get zero stars.

Bait and switch liars!!!…
I did a sign up and have the email still that states a $10 purchase to get my gift cards..I made a $14.99 purchase and now am being told that I need to make a $30 purchase!!! Bait and switch much?! Don't sign up with these people I have the email proof and screen shots, they owe me my gift cards yet they scam!!! Anyone who wants to see the hard evidence is more than welcome to, I just cannot upload the pics or emails on this review

Hi there, we applied the $10 minimum requirement at that time to any already completed registration users even if the offer was expired because we are fair :)
We simply informed our customers that future registrations will have a minimum of $30 purchase because this is the new offer and we believe in transparency.
We also requested your details so we can look into your case more specifically because our goal is to have happy users!
