I am not being paid to write this. As a beginner in setting up my first website, Karolis & Rugile are my NUMBER ONE representatives!! Patient, kind, knowledgeable, explained things simply, thorough, and the list goes on and on and on. And, Leva came in at the end of the interview, such a kind spirit, and asked me to leave a review here!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! Thank you so much!! I truly appreciate it!!

So far the actual site builder is just as good as wix in many regards and the customer service is better. Hopefully they maintain that if they grow bc sometimes companies lose that when they get big...stay a little hungry ok :)

Best price, Second to none customer service. I have used many website builder + ecommerce platforms. This is head down the best. You usually pay between £30 to £50 for ecommerce features like selling on Facebook/Instagram, integration of Facebook and WhatsApp chat on your web, abended cart recovery and selling subscriptions etc. Here, I am only paying around £12 a month and that also include selling on Amazon and Ebay. When is comes to customer service, live chat option is best I have ever used. they don't just address the enquiry but solve it. I highly highly recommend them

Why suspend my website

This site has a lot to offer but is very difficult to use. I tried to upload my company logo and add pictures to my gallery and after seven hours, was not able to what it said it would do. The sections that are supposed to help you look up issues were not very helpful. If you are a novice, this site is not for you.

I love the new features being added regularly, bought a multi year plan. It's been great so far and support has been really pleasant and helpful, usually respond within a couple of hours.

Zyro is a wonderful website building platform! It is easy to navigate and use and the sites turn out beautiful. I love that I have so much control over the elements but I don’t need to be a professional website designer to make it look great and function well. Very solid work honestly. Quick customer service, and I bought a couple years for only a few hundred dollars on a black friday sale, much better alternative to Shopify in my opinion. Only hoping they get partnered with Spotify one day to add apparel to my Spotify profile!

I checked every web page creator I could find. For the money, Zyro seemed to be the best. I am creating a web page and it seems fairly straight forward. I had to dig in to find some of the features I wanted, but I keep finding everything I need. I can even make quizzes by using the contact form creator, deleting the ready set questions and adding multiple choice questions.
So far, it is everything I need for a very good price.

In terms of making a website as a complete novice, without any knowledge of coding, Zyro really comes through to help create something that looks really professional. It's intuitive, has basically no learning curve, and for anything that is confusing or unclear, the tech support is amazing: prompt, informative, and very helpful. It has a wide array of add-ons (third-party as well), and they constantly update functions and integrated options in accordance with popular requests. 100% recommend.

es un buen creador de sitios web pero bastante basico. no lo recomiendo para hacer sitios mas elaborados. hay demasiados errores en la implementacion de desktop first y mobile first y eso es bastante grave ya que el 95% de la web es consumida por mobiles por lo que hay que implementar un mejor algoritmo resposivo. si quieres añadir muchos elementos en el sitio web como videos o fotografias con su propia descripcion cada una, no lo recomiendo ya que no hay una opcion que puedas anidar al contenido y al momento de hacer ajustes a mobil first sera bastante caotico ya que todo el contenido se estropea. ojala hagan una mejor implementacion en estos apartados ya que es muy importante.

The way to make the site is easy and friendly, even a noobster like me making web pages can get it, how ever there's some features that are not that advance and you can get it in Wordpress, I dunno if you are trying to make the competition to word press or what's the deal but those features are definetly needed

This is a fraudulent company.

They take your card details and payment only to then immediately block you. Your card then lights up like a Christmas tree and I lost over 5,000 US Dollar in the process.

When you ask for a refund they promise you one, but, surprise surprise, it never arrives.

When “chatting” with them on Webchat I suggested to them that their 5 star Trustpilot reviews are all fake, and someone called Oleseun Oyeleye ( which suggests that this scam is run from Nigeria) told me it was not illegal to buy TrustPilot reviews!

Avoid these despicable scammers.
