It is a place to chat. As long as you are will to purchase enough coins you can chat with anyone as long as you like. They have a way to keep you chatting and buying coins. It's like a game of 20 questions with no chance of ever meeting anyone in person. Just endless questions. The person you chat with may not the person in the picture. I wanted to test my theory so I asked everyone I chat with to send me a selfie. Not one sent a selfie. So if all you want to do is look at pictures and chat then the site is not a scam. If you want more than that then don't waste your time and money.
