Absolute worst customer service. They respond with generic responses and you can't get a hold of a real person via phone. There are multiple "inquiries" on my account that are mistakes and no matter how I explain it they will not investigate. I have tried to explain it multiple times and each time i get a canned response. If I could communicate via phone it would all be cleared up.
